I'd put the stiffer clutch springs in. Yeah, that too. I'm not too fond on the whack-a-wrench idea (I'm clumsy dude lol I'll break something, or myself) so I'm waiting till I can find a 41mm impact socket. I may grab one this weekend if I can find one without having to buy a whole set. Once I do that, wham. Or BRAT-AT-AT-AT is more like it. Trust me, I sit here and read this site most days at work in between my work. I'm suffering from info overload. It helps though when I see people with similar builds or have had what I'm working towards.

4 gram is going to be light IMO also in my experience 6 gram sliders revved like 5 gram rollers. You'll have to test and tune but when you put the contra in you have you'll have a good range of sliders.

Either 1 or 1.5k. Whatever you have. It may help delay the shift and get revs up. The clutch springs will help get the revs up and in the power band of the pipe.

I'm having a bear of a time finding contra springs at my usual places. I'd hate to have to order from CA just for them. May as well order my gears too lol

Partsforscooters has them. A Hoca 1k would work fine.

Was hoping for some snow to dick around in with the scooter but I don't think we are going to get any for a bit yet. The engine will most likely be out of the frame to get torn apart for lots of work.

no new engine build this winter for the spree. (twin) just going to do a light port job of the top of the case and some work in the cylinder/top of piston. and more cvt tuning to actually dial it in.

I wait patiently to hear about the speed and power gains.

Will keep everyone posted. Top speed isn't going to go up very much with the stock crank/ 11:1 gears.

Was cleaning in the garage and knocked my streetrace cylinder onto the floor and a part of the top most fin broke off taking part of the gasket area with it so its junk now. I plan on buying a sportpro or something equal to it for the same cost.
