Update: since this thread started 5 years ago my wife swapped to an '17 Grand Caravan*(i hate minivans but best for the job of a six person family) with the 3.6L Pentastar V6 and me. I now drive an '05 Toyota Echo with a 1.5L Four with a clutch😁 for the winter months.

I drive a Nissan Micra automatic 1.2 twin turbo top speed 175 mph. . . . I lie, if I can see half a mile up the road send the engine a telegram I might be able to overtake a bicycle or slow moving tractor 😊. Actually it performs quite well will sit on motorway happily at 70 once got to speed. Managed to get 95 out of it before I run out of road and tows a trailer happily up and down country. Bought it as a insurance write off done it up had a small van reverse into it and wrote it off again got payed out by his insurance spent £20 on a rear light from the payout a holiday in Portugal a piaggio fly and a tow bar. 3 months later took off bumper to fit tow bar and kicked and stamped bumper into shape and still going. 😊

'15 VW Golf Sportwagen TDI, '95 Miata M.
Although someone wants to trade the Miata for a '06 VW GTI 2.0... which is very tempting.

Garbage. Wife and i both own trailblazers, 4.2l l6. Hating the electrical issues plaguing my 03. I got the "fancy cabin" crap (climate control, bose radio, remote start, auto-shade rear mirror, steering wheel controls, onstalk) and its all gone to hell - and wife got the ol reliable base trim cabin stuff, works like a peach short of a reeeeeally bad cold weather cold start misfire problem.

I'm curious if the same people who like small displacement scooters also enjoy small displacement cars. I myself drive a 1.6L Ford Fiesta.
Not necessarily. We currently drive a Ford Focus. The Thai version S+, that many don't think exists. It is an "S", with anti-lock brakes. The 2.0 liter is tuned a tad different than the Norte Americano and Europa models. It makes 168 bhp on the dyno. I think someone said the throttle body is 2mm bigger, but not sure.
My "pickup" is a Nissan NV. (Not imported to US or Euro) We transplanted a 2.0 liter SR20 NEO VVL into the whole where the GA16 used to live. Hehe..204 hp in a tiny pickup/car thingy.
Here is the engine before surgery:
...and the car:
It is sitting in a warehouse, however. Waiting for an ATTESSA AWD system...it will become a FWD drive car that has on demand AWD. Fun stuff. Kind of too short for high speed stuff, but will be a killer in the rain!
