On the next one, you can surprise you wife to a steak dinner after its been sold.

I ran the idea of keeping it across the wifey and she didn't like it lol. She never gives me any gruff about scoot stuff but she does hold me to my word when I say I bought it to sell it. There's an Italian made Malaguti Firefox F15 lc dual disk brake scoot near me for sale for $450. So tempting.... You have to get that one. Explain to her how reliable and practical it will be thanks to the liquid cooling.  Wives... bills... who can worry about those things with liquid cooled Minarellis around. |

Yeah I looked that scoot up and got real tempted to rent a truck. I also read a review that said they had the Ducati ignition that is a pita from what I've heard. That may be something worth changing.

That may be something worth changing. Looks like they've dropped the price down to $400 now too. I saw some youtube vids that looked like this scoot was spanking an Aerox. I don't like the fact that they don't mention the title in the ad, just says " manuel, registration, and bill of sale" IDK why so many sellers think the bill of sale is important. They've never even asked to see it when I've registered scoots. CL AD LINK HERE

Yeah I think you could just put a stock stator and flywheel on but I don't know. Lost key? Aprillas have chips in the key that could be an issue again I don't know. No you can't convert for $400, well maybe if you found used parts.

I couldn't stop thinking about that Malaguti and of course my curiosity got the best of me and I went and looked at it. It was raining but I managed to snap a few pics. I had one of LC cylinder and hoses too but can't seem to find it on my phone now. This thing is buttoned up tight with plastics so it was hard to get a good look at anything. The extravagant "CVT cooling system" scoop also made it hard to get a good look but it appeared to be a good ol' Minarelli to me. 11 year old scoot that's been sitting for a year so it's got some rust here and there but nothing too bad. All digital dash. The missing key issue seems like it could be resolved creatively without buying expensive OEM parts... I was most concerned with the fact that the owner said scooters don't require titles lol. She showed me the registration and it is plated so there's a bit of a puzzle to be solved here. The owner of the Expresso didn't have the title either but explained that it was "electronic". He simply went up to the DMV and had a hard copy printed out. Don't know if that's the case here but they're moving to MI in two weeks so I'd need to solve this puzzle quickly if I'm seriously considering this scoot- and normally I'd be all over it but I have a major life event happening so the timing is horrible. Our baby is due in 9 days....     Clank, if you're reading, this ones for you brother; you may notice I was sure to capture the lady's foot in sandals one pic in true FLA fashion. lol EDIT: If they do move and end up taking it with them, I'm sure this beauty will probably end up in Moofus's garage. lmao. They're going to Grand Rapids. |

Well if they have to sell it that may put you in a really good position in a week. If not you'll forget all about it when your changing diapers and wiping spit up off your sleeve. Lol!!! Wish you were closer, it's been awhile since I had a good cigar.

If the registration is in their name go with them you should be able to file for a lost title and transfer ownership all at the same time as long as the buyer and owner are both there in person
