I'm looking all over Google images and can't seem to find a pic of this piston. I think there should be a tab there at the intake side? It does look jagged like a piece is broken off...

I'm thinking a dual ring setup would be better? Does the single ring "racing piston" make that much of a difference??

I know you buy these things knowingly broken but do you ever bring along a compression tester to check that? Or even a magnet to stick in the fuel tank to see if any rust comes out or things like that?

Only thing I kinda dread is getting another with a bad crank- even in that case I have a $75 parts scoot...
