I really appreciate everyone's feedback here. I am about to order more parts for my scooter, and I am always looking for reliable folks.

Well I got my fork yesterday, didn't get to look at it till late last night, it was listed as having 27mm fork openings, turned out to be 26mm, it's actually the same tree as on my Bronc project which takes 26mm fork tubes. Contacted them, we'll see what the response is.

Initial response was not impressive, now we have to wait for an employee to talk to the owner, apparently they expect me to pay shipping to and from to correct THEIR mistake.

I've dealt with ScootersToGo amd they've been very responsive and seemed to care unlike some I've run across.

Asking me to pay shipping for their error isn't my idea of a hug ")

peascreek, actually, Osa had told me that you called today about this triple tree and she said your return was approved and you will be refunded as soon as it's returned in full. All returns of new, unused product are gladly accepted regardless of the reason.

Your employee stated they had to call you to get approval, so since you say you approved it, when will you be sending the pre-paid return label so I can get a full refund? Nothing in my email account yet.

I have personally spot checked our inventory for accuracy and find our description on our website is correct, and have inserted our sunny style forks in them as well, and they fit nice and tight. Our customers are our number one priority and this particular customer was refunded in full without need of return.

First Mr. Main, the "manager" I spoke with at your company this morning said you were not the owner, that you were a shipping manager. I was also told a shipping label would be sent to me ASAP, which it was not. Secondly, please refer to the following photos, this is the tree you sent me, it measures just a hair over 26mm, not 27mm. I also have a set of 26mm shocks and the 27mm shocks, the 26 fit with a bit of twisting, the 27mm would have to be beat in with a sledge hammer. Perhaps you need a new caliper or need to use one.

More importantly, your "manager" just changed her story again, so I will simply exercise the nuclear optionn and get a chargeback from my bank and send you your tree COD. Needless to say, your company doesn;t get my money again. Man, I don't mean this the wrong way but that caliper you are using is a piece of crap...it could easily be off .010" or more by just the look of it. There is more than that in rust on that thing, ha ha. Plus you are using the I.D. measuring tips but look at them...they are worn so bad that your picture shows them going off on an angle to the left. That alone could be off more than 1mm (.03937") by itself. Hold a straightedge up to your photo and see. Bill

The photo is distorted because of the wide angle lens, the tips are square and the calipers are accurate enough to size bushings and bearings without a problem. Not to mention the fact 27mm shocks just don't fit it while 26mm do perfectly.
If they refunded, issue resolved, time to move on, if and when they send the label, I'll send it back.
