sorry for the delay on the returned part. I shipped it back to the vegas address. I hope that's ok. scrappydog is making things right Did you include your order information in the package so we know who it came from, and what the return was about? Really, we often get packages with nothing in them but obviously used parts with greasy finger prints all over them. No note, no receipt, no indication of who this came from or what it's about. We even get returns from people that bought from someone else! We often have to call other vendors to tell them that we have parts that are theirs from one of their customers, not ours. Once, we got an engine (GY6-200) that had shredded tire all over it, and the oil pan was empty. It was obvious that whomever had this was doing some serious burnouts and didn't put oil in it. The note in the box went on and on with scribbled vulgarity, but was essentially "The piece of crap engine you sold me won't even start, and when I finally did get it to start, it ran like crap, then stopped all of a sudden, and when I tried to start it again, it fried the starter and burned up my battery". Hmmm. Guess what? He filed a chargeback with his bank, and because they saw return shipping tracking on it, we ended up losing the payment and had a shredded, locked up engine in our warehouse. Hopefully you sent your return with that info, and have a tracking number. If you do, and you haven't heard anything back, or gotten what you need, just email your tracking and your order info to order@scrappydogscooters.com You can always call too, but leave a clear message with who you are and how to get a hold of you. Hi, have you checked your email yet? I need you to make an effort to contact me. You have the invoice, you have my email, please tell me what you will be doing to ship my order. Matt

I’ve ordered from Scrappy Dog before, I had prompt shipping and everything worked out well for me. Fast forward 2 months... I just ordered a stroker crank and variator, and some other small stuff on 12/28. My card was charged $253.88 and I got an invoice via email. But I didn’t get a shipping notice, that was strange because they claim to ship same day and deliver in 3 days across the US. I sent 2 different emails asking for an update and got no answer after several days, I called several times and no one is picking up. The voice mailbox is full. I’m getting really worried right now, I feel like I just got ripped off for a not insignificant amount of money and parts that I NEED right now. I’m not trying to throw shade if this business is legit, but all signs point to scam for me right now. I hope this gets resolved, and if it does I’ll update this to reflect that, but I really can’t say anything other than STAY AWAY FROM SCRAPPY DOG at the moment. Update as promised: I received my parts yesterday 3/31/18. I was contacted a few days prior via phone/text and told that parts would be on their way to me. Parts are as described and I’m happy with the quality, I received an SSP-G branded crank and a KOSO variator so they are selling top tier stuff. They gave me Dr. Pulley sliders as an upgrade from the no names that I ordered, presumably to make up for the time that it took to receive these parts. I appreciate that gesture, and it does mean something to me that there was an attempt to make it right. I’d have preferred communication and an apology but I’ll take what I have and be content with it. I was wrong when I said I was being ripped off, so I take that back. I’m not happy with the overall experience but I did eventually receive my parts and they are exactly what I wanted, so cheers to Scrappy Dog for following through. Matt

Hello rick, I planed an order on scrappydog scooters on Sunday. I called the phone number that you supplied in this forum and site over 20 times and I can’t not leave a message because the mail box is full. I also sent several emails. I would like to receive and invoice for order and it’s status. I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt instead of calling PayPal to file a disturb. Please message me back.

i have ordered from them 1 time last sept. i ordered about $65. or so worth of parts shipping took about a 8 or 9 days to get parts it was a holiday weekend i believe so i understand i have a shop and know holidays sometimes mess up plans when i recieved my order there was a part missing so i e-mailed did not hear right back but figured maybe it was shipped seperate so a cpl days later i called and i spoke to a woman that answered the phone and she told me the item was out of stock that i should have got an e-mail wich i double checked and did not receive (i did get the second email she sent showing the more expensive option though) she said i could wait or purchase a diff. version of the part for like 15 bucks (the part was a oil catch can) or so more wich i told her i would wait for the part i ordered i waited a cpl weeks never heard anything after a while i think it was like a month to a month and a half later i called because i did not have any luck with email the previous time i called a cpl times and got the machine but that could have been from the time diff. so finally i just left a message and followed up with a email saying that i would just like to be refunded after that i never heard back so i ended up buying one on ebay for like maybe a few dollars cheaper and honestly i did not follow up and stay on them over this i honestly pretty much forgot about it until i saw this site....i just went back into my paypal i see the payment but no refund...so i just will rack this up as my fault for not following up as much as i should but i don't think i will ever order from them again..... the shop owner part of me understands that stuff just falls through the cracks the consumer in me thinks i should not have had to follow up at all...so i will just take it as a loss

As of today June 12, 2018 their phone number is "out of service" according to the telco recording, they never shipped my order that I made May 24th, and never responded to my email inquiring where my order WAS or if tracking was available.
Just figure they web belly up, the web site hosting pre-paid or auto billed, I sent a complaint to their hosting ISP with the details- hopefully they will shut it down so other people don't buy from this defunct site.
I filed a claim with Paypal, a complaint with the BBB as well
