Called today about 1pm CST, talked to nice woman on the phone. She verified they had the part in stock. I ordered it through their website.

As far as I know, there are no outstanding unshipped orders after we've spent alot of time finding and correcting what happened while our "manager" pretty much neglected everything, among other things. I do know that GY6-200 engines have been on backorder, but we do have 3 return engines still in stock and are available at a discount before our final move at the end of March. The backordered 44mm QMB stroker cranks are supposed to arrive next wednesday. We've got enough to fulfill backorders and have some left over for new sales. Besides PFS, I think we're the only one's that are able to sell them, and the stock is limited.

Because it’s definitely an outstanding unshipped order from my perspective. -matt

We're moving to Utah near St. George. For those of you interested and are able to make it, we're opening up our warehouse to the public and offering all of our parts that are in stock in Vegas at way below dealer cost as a clearance sale. It's this Saturday, March 10th, 2018, from 8AM to 6PM. Everything must go, and we're talking up to 50% off our normal list price on many items. The local listing link is here: lasvegas.craigslist.org/mcd/d/chinese-scooter-moped-parts/6521759686.htmlBrent, let me know if this isn't appropriate. I'm posting it in the dealer specials section too.

Brent, let me know if this isn't appropriate. I'm posting it in the dealer specials section too. It's fine. It's on topic and maybe someone local can save you some moving and get a great deal.

Since you won’t answer my phone calls, or my comments on this forum, or even acknowledge that I or my order (which I paid you $248 for) exist I’m forced to keep asking you for updates publicly. When will my order, order number 837, ship and when will I receive it? You’ve gone out of your way to ignore me, I’ve paid you nearly $250 in December of last year, you haven’t been in any contact with me whatsoever. Ship my order, tell me the status, or refund my money. Do SOMETHING about it. -matt Edit: I want to make it clear what a pain this has been for me. I ordered a stroker crank and variator in December 2017. I NEEDED the crank, mine was failing and I had limited time on it. I needed the variator, I was shredding cheap ones and I knew Scrappy had a decent unit. They never shipped, they never contacted me, they avoided my calls. I had to buy A WHOLE NEW ENGINE and another variator from a better vendor. They owe me a crank and a variator that I’m not even going to use right now, because it’s been 3 months+ since I ordered. All of my parts said “in stock”. This isn’t ok, rick won’t even speak to me.

I'm not sure what your order is "worldsbiggestidiot". An order number with only 3 digits just isn't valid. Order numbers are far longer, and you must state exactly what order number you got that from...paypal (SDS or CSP), phone order, walk-in order, etc. If you have filed a dispute with Paypal, or any other payment method, or a chargeback or bank reversal, the money is locked up and nothing can be shipped regardless. If you have tried to call after hours, or left a message without leaving a clear return number and name, you won't get an answer. (Really, we get messages that simply say "call me back", with nothing else said. My wife has been taking up the slack at the Scrappy office and has made every effort to clean up what our ex-manager did, or completely neglected. If you have called and just started yelling, being vulgar, or just plain being rude, no matter the excuse, I've told her to just hang up and block that number. No, really, I've heard it myself, people calling and screaming through the phone as if someone stole their first born child and burned it at the stake. We have gotten people that will call, and call, and call. Our record number of calls in one day was over 150 times! He left so many messages over night, that it fill our mailbox (100 messages). This of course doesn't leave room for anyone else to leave a message and it just escalates. This isn't something new or recent. Some people just seem to hate the world, or themselves so much that even over a $10 part they will erupt like a volcano over it, even if we did absolutely nothing wrong, but they just simply ordered the wrong part. My suggestion to you directly is to take these steps: 1: make sure you don't have an open dispute or chargeback or funds hold, if you do, either release them or wait for the process you started to expire and your money will come back to you. 2)If the funds are not locked up in a chargeback, simply call 702-854-8592, and if you get no answer, simply leave a message stating clearly, and calmly, your name and phone number and that you would like to get a call back. No anger or impatience is needed when leaving a message. She will call you back...unless it's a bunch of anger and accusations and anything else illogical or inhumane. If you do get someone to pick up the phone (keep in mind we are in the middle of a move still), don't start yelling and cussing, just state your name and your inquiry (that order number you state is not valid). She'll likely ask you how you paid for it, and where you ordered it from. She's reasonable and proficient, and he, nor me, nor ScrappyDog is trying to steal or ripoff anyone, ever. Businesses make money by delivery products and services that customers want and are happy with. We've been doing this for 10 years now, and we'll be around another 10 years or more, however re-structured we'll be (see big changes in the next couple of months). I'm not directing this at you, or anyone in particular, but when dealing with us, or any other business, or any other human being, just have the needed facts, and keep it rational, and you'll get the same in return.

sorry for the delay on the returned part. I shipped it back to the vegas address. I hope that's ok. scrappydog is making things right Did you include your order information in the package so we know who it came from, and what the return was about? Really, we often get packages with nothing in them but obviously used parts with greasy finger prints all over them. No note, no receipt, no indication of who this came from or what it's about. We even get returns from people that bought from someone else! We often have to call other vendors to tell them that we have parts that are theirs from one of their customers, not ours. Once, we got an engine (GY6-200) that had shredded tire all over it, and the oil pan was empty. It was obvious that whomever had this was doing some serious burnouts and didn't put oil in it. The note in the box went on and on with scribbled vulgarity, but was essentially "The piece of crap engine you sold me won't even start, and when I finally did get it to start, it ran like crap, then stopped all of a sudden, and when I tried to start it again, it fried the starter and burned up my battery". Hmmm. Guess what? He filed a chargeback with his bank, and because they saw return shipping tracking on it, we ended up losing the payment and had a shredded, locked up engine in our warehouse. Hopefully you sent your return with that info, and have a tracking number. If you do, and you haven't heard anything back, or gotten what you need, just email your tracking and your order info to order@scrappydogscooters.com You can always call too, but leave a clear message with who you are and how to get a hold of you.

I never received any info about the order. it showd up late in a box stuffed with news papers. you already shipped me the correct part and I really appreciate that. didn't figure you would carry out the exchange till you received the returned part, I was just returning the item because I'm not a thief. it was a VOG variator. I never took it out of the package so it shouldn't have any greasy prints on it.
the only record I have of it is the paypal transaction, you could have denied the transaction ever happened, but you didn't thank you for that.

I HAVE left you a voicemail threatening to call the police since you haven’t responded to any attempt that I have made to get a hold of you. I’ve forwarded a copy of my invoice, which says “order 837” clear as day, just so you’ll have another copy of it. I’d appreciate it if you didn’t ask for my patience, you’ve had more than 3 months of it. I shouldn’t have to track you down to get the parts I ordered. Check your email, then ship my order. Matt
