Today I changed the ignition coil and sparkplug. Also wanted to change the original rear shock to the new shock, with 40mm raiser. The original bolts were so tight, that I hit my head against my scoot´s rear tail light. After that I canceled this shock change and I will try it again some other day.

Other parts I think, I´ll leave to the motoshop mechanics to change (crankshaft + bearings, cylinder kit, CVT stuff)

I check this, when I´m going to buy the gears and bearings. I think I have a Long Case Minarelli Horizontal clone. I was planing to buy a Torque Wrench, but I do not know what to buy for my scoot. Do you have a video or thread about these Torque Wrenches? If There is no 6202 bearing @ the Scooter Attack, then witch one I should buy? 2x 6203? You can't just replace a bearing with a different size. You would need to find the correct size.
You'll want to find a torque wrench that suits your needs for the scooter. Check the accuracy ratings. Some styles are not accurate at the lower limits of their range so you want to look at their specs and choose a torque wrench that will be accurate at the ratings you'll want. For stuff like gearbox bolts and cylinder nuts, you'll need a small wrench. For me in the US those are usually inch-pound wrenches. For wheels nuts in the CVT you may need a different torque wrench capable of higher torque values. If you google torque wrench or torque wrench info you should be able to find a lot of info abotu various styles and how to use them.

Gently pry off the rubber seals with a small screwdriver or pick. Clean the grease out of there. Apply a little gear oil and spin it after it's cleaned to prevent rust if it's not going in immediately.

That's what works in my gearbox anyway. Why are you moving to the 13.5 gears? Those are just stock replacements and they're the deep gearset that's often stock. If you have 10:1 gears stock then it's a bit of a downgrade unless all you care about is the initial launch or maybe you constantly go uphill. The scoots with 10:1 gearing are good for 60-70MPH, depending on how high revving the engine is and how much power it makes. The 13.5:1 equipped scoots usually quite around 50MPH up to maybe 60MPH I guess with higher rev combos if they have the power. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SBiNmeeqhY

90GTVert I changed the ignition coil and spark plug on my scoot. Now when I start the scoot, the rpm´s are high, I think this is the work of el.choke. Then the rpms go down again and motor dies. When I give throttle then it dies also. The carb is stock.

let it warm up and adjust the idle mixture and speed and see if that helps.
