Maybe I should try the 17,5mm carb., that I brought and changed the 95 jet to 80. I have not tried that carb with smaller jet.

Hey 90GTVert, I can´t warm up the engine. When I start the scoot, the rpms go up to 6000 and when I try to speed up the warm up, by adding throttle, the engine dies. It also dies after little while, without adding throttle. (the old carb) Maybe the throttle has to be adjusted. I have link near the carb and second is near the handlebar. How I need to adjust both of them .

I'm guessing since you're saying you tryo to speed the warm up along with more throttle that it just flashes to 6000RPM and then settles to a normal idle. If it will idle at a normal speed the throttle cable may be fine. You could look at the butterfly in the carb and see if it's open way too far. If so, then adjust the cable.
Look for air leaks... maybe the carb isn't seated or a hose is cracked or something and the air leak is causing an erratic idle and bogging.

Tomorrow morning , after work ,I will try the new carburettor ( 17,5mm ) , it had main jet 95 and now has the main jet 80. I hope this carb works now.

If I have time, after carb swap and tune, then maybe I will check the gear ratio also. I have to take the CVT cover off to do that . I´m going to do that, like the 90GTVert did it in this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SBiNmeeqhY

My happy time for getting the new carb working was so called short. The scoot drives 10 times better, then before, no engine don´t sleep anymore. But I have to hold the throttle on while stopping. I tried to adjust the idle speed and also the fuel mixture skrew, by turning them in and out. The idle speed did not rise and the engine was working only then, when I hold the throttle about 5% on. I hoped that, maybe, when I change the CDI to Motoforce Racing one (right one on the picture), that then the idle rpms rise, but I was wrong.

Toimiiko ryypyn ollessa päällä. Kone lämpiää ja sitten sammuu. Ei saa tarpeeksi bensaa. Suutinta isommaksi, neulan säätöä. 2t vehkeet viritettynä vaatii tarkkaa säätöä. Tyhjäkäynti ruuvin ja ilmaruuvin säätö vaatii, jopa puolen kierroksen tarkkuuden, jotta oikeat säädöt. Itsekin kokenut säätövaikeuksia ja aikeissa tekaista moottorin ilmanvuotolaitteen (kohtuullisen helppo tehdä halvalla). Tee pieniä säätöjä kerrallaan.

I think, I will change the A2 needle to an A20 or A21, maybe pilot jet also from 38 to 32.

Today I changed the original air filter to the Malossi Air filter and also tuned the new carb little bit. So now my scoot works fine and don´t die after starting it.

This air filter size was perfect, but some of the holes in my airbox did not match, so I made same holes to the airfilter to fit it perfectly to the airbox. Also I placed rough setting to carburettor, so now after starting the scoot, the scoot stays working. Tomorrow, after work, I will warm up the scoot and do the fine tuning to the carb. If everything goes perfect, then I do not have to change the carburettor needle and pilot jet. I brought the needle and main jet kit, also the pilot jet 32, just in case, if I need them.

Yesterday, when I arrived to my workplace, I noticed a big pile of rust on the exhaust (the area marked with red on the picture): So I went to the shop, that sells tools and also paint. I brought 2 cans of paint, that stands heat (650 degree). Today, after work, I fixed the rust problem, by sanding the area and then painting the exhaust black. The exhaust now looks like that:
