Today one shop send me price offer for replacing the cylinder kit, crankshaft, cvt parts. The offer was 100€ for replacing parts and 40€ tuning. Before I decide, I will ask the shop, that stores my scoot at winter period, what offer they can provide.

After I swaped the original carb to a 17,5mm scooter (main jet 80), everything was like normal. I go off the line with 50% throttle. Sometimes, if I want to go fast, then WOT. The take off is liddle bit dizzy for the scoot. I can feel the dizzyness, but it is not that bad, then the times, the original carb was on the scoot. Any ideas 90GTVert.? Maybe I should change the Main Jet to 90 and pilot jet to 34.

I'm not exactly sure what is meant by "dizzy" takeoff. If it's only the initial takeoff and it runs well for you at WOT, I'm not sure that changing the main jet is the best plan. Tune for the best main jet with WOT runs if you feel it needs adjustment. Usually if I can get the idle to be smooth and steady at a reasonable RPM with the mix and speed screws then I don't swap around pilot jets. Maybe you have a CVT problem or maybe I/we can understand better if you can thing of a description other than dizzy.

I was wondering, that maybe the original intake mainfold, airbox and exhaust has a restriction. My original airbox looks like this:

You need to determine if the slowness is a lack of throttle response or if the RPM is just low and the CVT needs work. If it bogs when you open the throttle quickly then you may just need a needle adjustment.

I think it bogs... when I use the WOT fast at the green light.
Before I brought the Motoforce Racing 17,5mm Carburettor Prep. for El.Choke (main jet: 95, pilot jet: 38, needle: A2), I was looking the same Carb, but prep. for manual choke too. That one had next setup - main jet: 90, pilot jet: 34, needle: A12. I Changed the main jet from 95 to 80, on the 17,5mm el.choke prep. carb. I installed the manual choke kit to the carb., so I could use the it. The 95 only smoked a lot and the scoot did not move at all.
Maybe I should use the needle A12 and change the pilot jet from 38 to 32

Don't get too crazy changing a bunch of things around in the carb. There's a process to tuning and it's really not that difficult...
Get it to idle, find the best main jet for WOT, fine tune mid-throttle with needle adjustments... A bit simplistic, but that's pretty much the process.

You need to determine if the slowness is a lack of throttle response or if the RPM is just low and the CVT needs work. If it bogs when you open the throttle quickly then you may just need a needle adjustment. Do I have to move the needle clip down, to rise the needle or move the clip up to lower the needle?

Moving the clip up (to the right in your photo) will lower the needle (lean). Moving the clip down will raise the needle (richen).

Try richer first. Just move a step and see what it does.

Well today, when I was riding to work, one genius hit me behind. He tought, that I was going to follow the car front of me, but I stopped. Because from left, there was few cars coming, so I did not take the rist. On the accident site I did not make pictures, so I drew to original pic. The green line shows the angle of mudguard, before accident and red after. I´m glad, that the speed of the car was low, otherwise the I could have ended at the hospital.

It still sucks, but a busted mudguard is getting off pretty easy if a car hits you. Glad it wasn't any worse.

Just in case, I will take my scoot and let the mechanic look, to have sure, that scoot is all ok - you never know, what could be hidding behind a small scratch.

I was thinking to by the same original rear mudguard for my scoot, what costs about 22€. I did but that idea to recycle bin. The new Idea came out of that bin, to make a new mudguard that looks something like that: I will make the custom licence plate holder and new mudguard from these parts: The cost is about 40€-50€, but it must be done When the custom parts are done, I will paint them semi-gloss black and make some pics also during making these parts.
