I had a overrange kit by mistake for a shortcase Yamaha. I got the right one but while it was here I looked it over. The rear pulley on the shortcase kit has a different part number and from what I measured it was 2mm smaller than the longcase kit

Done some further research regarding the BWS100 clutch. Here is a Japanese site that shows very well the differences. Japanese Site The stock one is apparently 115mm in diameter the G13 after market is 122.20mm. The problem is that G13 assembly cost around $100 and then you need to buy the G13-RL which is the torque cam with straight grooves which cost another $70 so total $170 for a 122.20mm BWS100 complete clutch assembly.

Thank you oldgeek! I can see the difference clearly. You have a Malossi OR pulley! *superjealous* So it is possible to use a stock rear pulley of a larger cc Scooter like the Axis 100 or BWS 100, very interesting. I know that the Malossi won't fit without grinding. At least that is what worked for Brent in one of his Videos. I would like to avoid grinding the 5BM case. So I'll go look for a Axis or BWS pulley and see how much they cost here. Thanks again for the pictures and all the work really appreciate it. This is where I got my BWS 100 pulley from. LINKThe quality is good, and so is the price when compared to Malossi. I use a malossi 6111108 belt with the BWS 100 pulley. The belt actually rides up out of the rear pulley just a bit, in theory giving you a gear as low as the Malossi OR pulley.

I was in doubt if i should get a Malossi OR belt for my 122mm pulley. I was afraid it would have too much slack but aparently it works!

This is where I got my BWS 100 pulley from. LINKDoes that pulley assembly come with straight grooves? Or only the angled grooves?

Lucass2TI read in a topic here in the forum about you asking for a compatible belt for your 122mm rear pulley and from the topics conversation it looked like you went with the oversize Stage6 belt (806mm). Any feedback on that? How did the belt perform? Did it sit at the most outer edge on the rear pulley? And what variator did you use in combination with your large rear pulley?

Nope i haven't bought that one yet. I bought the athena which was supposed to be 7mm longer over stock but it's still too far inside of the rear pulley. I'm using a polini speedcontrol along with a (a assume) a Top Performances 122mm pulley. BTW: ofcourse i shimmed the belt in front so that it rides all the way down on the 'variator bushing' (dunno how to call it). I shimmed until the belt had enough grip on the front pulley. I checked by pulling the belt around so that it grabs the variator and turns the engine over (you guys get what i try to explain? ) The S6 OR belt which is 18mm longer over stock. Malossi OR belt is 28mm longer over stock which i first though was wayy too long for a 122mm pulley. But now OG's post disproved my thoughts.

Maybe a stupid question but does the old pre-bug or even newer 2T Zuma has the same crank diameter as the older Jogs? (13mm ? ) Looking at the Variators there seems to be more selection when browsing Zuma parts then old Jog parts.

Look to see if any of the part numbers match up. Like if for example a Stage6 variator for one fits the other and have the same part number. It's like a shock I ordered said it only fit the Jog R and RR. Well, it fits on a Zuma no problem.

I just looked up a variator (S6-5816601) stage6 for Aerox motor and it uses the same part number as the one for a Jog. So yeah
