Thanks birdmanI was amazed as you are when I took 2-3 steps back and looked at the Scooter after I was done. You saw the Scooter first hand so you know very well how bad those plastics were.

Wow tsimi, the scoot almost looks brand new! What a difference that made! Great job and a great idea to compare all three products.

3500 is not even that crazy for a new aerox (mk1 i guess). Its expensive yeah and for that money you'll have to leave A LOT of other cool vehicles alone...
I wouldn't buy one though since they're worth shit to me...seen too much of em over here.
But if you're really fond of em and its a brand new one...yeah than the price is reasonable...

Lucass2TDonation!? The Scooter looks very nice, to me at least, there is nothing to do visually. It is not red but still it looks nice and sporty. I would be the king with such a Scooter here. No one would know what it is and after a couple $$$ it would be a beast. Cylinder, Crank, Intake, Carb, Pipe, DONE!

Since you guys don't allow foreigners to buy pot anymore there might be enough money left for an Aerox. Then drive back due east through Turkey, then Syria, then swerve around a couple suicide bombers and black flag waving dudes and then maybe a few wheelies on the wall of China before crossing into North Korea. Then in South Korea jump on a boat and go to Japan. Man what a ride that would be.

The normal price for a new 2015 Aerox in my country is 2500 Euros or about 2700 US dollars. A brand new Gilera Runner costs 2550 Euros and a 3 generation Aprilia Sr50 also costs 2500 Euros. The scooter market sucks anywhere that isn't Europe.

I ordered the following items today.
- Pilot Jet #42 for stock carb - New stock Piston set (incl. Piston, Piston Rings, Clips and Pin) - Torque Spring (power 3% up) - Additional piston clips for the Polini Sport BBK - Complete Stock Gasket Set (incl. all gaskets that are existing on a stock Jog, Price: $6!)
Why I ordered those things? Because I am gonna swap the engines of my Jogs. I gonna first swap the top ends and then the complete engine itself.
My Red Jog, currently the one with the BBK is a normal Jog engine. My silver stock Jog has the 5BM engine on it (yes a second 5BM!) Now I want to put the BBK on the 5BM engine and put back the stock top end on the red Jogs engine block. Anyways, sounds more complicate then it is. Just swap and swap, done!
Hopefully the parts from treatland.tv will arrive soon too then I could do the carb install and engine swap in one go. *fingerscrossed*

Parts should be in the next 2 days and then i'll start taking down the current BBK engine. Do I have to use sand paper and get that cross hatch back inside the cylinder or can I just put it back together as is?
