Yeah, looking forward to it. (sarcasm) What would be the next higher grade cylinder after the MHR Rep? The MHR. I think there's a couple that are air cooled. I'll look them up later, unless Lucas answers first. Or try scooter attack. I think they list their cylinders in categories.

I had a constructive talk with the house president and now I am free to do as I please with my Scooter hobby as long I stay within the agreed monthly budget. So my mind starts to go crazy and I am writing down different builds at the moment. Cheapest would be to replace the current cylinder and go one grade up to single ring setup. Or most expensive would be my dream engine the Polini Big Evo 70cc or even 94cc. I would need to save some $$$ for a couple months or year(s) but it sure would be worth it.

The Big Evo 94 is on my wish list too. It's all the extra goodies that need to go along with it that really kills the budget!

Yes exactly! All the small things that you need is making it very expensive. But man it must be an awesome feeling to have something like that revving under your ass.

Keep in mind that you'll need a 85mm rod with some of the high end cylinders. Stock rod lenght is 80mm
Some high end cyls for 80mm rods(This is the oldskool stuff): Mhr 70 Polini evo 1,2 and 3 Metrakit pro race 1 and 2 Hebo manston and pata negra
The 85mm rod cyls are (the modern stuff): Big evo 70 Mhr 7t and mhr 77 Fabrizi Team cristofolini 2f4r S6 r/t 70

So I finally got time to checkout the pipe. The pipe was very well packed (Box within a box) and got no damage during transport. My first stop was my local bike shop to borrow the tool to remove the restrictor from inside the flange. As you can see in the pics below that restrictor is very long! The Yasuni restrictor is rather small compare to it. Once removed I went home and tried to test mount the pipe on one of the engines so that I can see how the bracket fits and if everything aligns. Well, it didn't go very well. The bracket that came with it is worthless. There is also a welded bracket that was not shown in the manual which fits perfect on the bottom hole of the engine case. Looks like I will have to fabricate my own bracket from the rear welded bracket to the top mount hole. A straight, flat plate should do it. Details and precision work, I think is the difference between a more expensive pipe like the Yasuni and this Next-R. The Yasuni was really easy to mount since everything was very well fabricated. This Next-R though does lack the precision and detail that is necessary for easy mounting. I would not recommend this pipe to people which are looking for a bolt on pipe. Here some pics of the pipe.

Not surprising sh#t doesnt align and bolt up right away haha. I think its funny though. Ah well I hope you're happy with it in the end If you end up throwing it in the garbage (sooner or later it'll cross your mind, believe me), make sure to cut it open to see whats inside and how far the header is shoved and welded shut in the expansion chamber.

tsimi , I had to fabricate a mount for my TGB and used a plate. It was way off:
Mine also came restrictor free from Scoot-tuning. I'll follow your thread for the tuning.

I ordered mine from a German shop and the Germans usually restrict their pipes to be street legal. I don't mind removing the restrictor, that is rather easy. But the pipe not aligning is a pain in the a$$. It should be bolt on but you cannot expect to have the same quality like a pipe that is 3 times the price. As long this Next-R does its job driving wise I'm cool with it. Lucass2THahaha...yeah will do if it really comes to that. 90GTVert 190mechDo we need measurements from this Next-R pipe or do we have those already?

Not sure I never posted the dimensions when I received mine,I'm not sure if Brent ever posted them either, man I gotta go double check to see if I my restriction is there or removed,I got mine from heavytuned.de

I sincerely don't remember having a restriction on my last pipe. And it looks like they have changed brackets. All I had to do to the last one was use some spacers to push the pipe outwards so it wouldn't rub on my tire. Since you were at it you mind as well grind down the inside lip smooth that catches exhaust going into the header. Tsimi, how high does your 70cc rev?

90GTVert 190mechDo we need measurements from this Next-R pipe or do we have those already? We've got a Next R 100cc in the pipe building thread. I don't see anything for the 50-70cc version.
