Bolting up ane exhaust goes in steps. First 'hang' it on the engine with all the bolts only 2 turns in. Use copper paste on the header studs.
Then support the exhaust with yoir hand and loosly tighten the flange (loosly:in a way you can loosen up the bolts with your fingers). Make sure theres no tension from the weight of the pipe on the flange when screwing in the header bolts.
Do the same with the engine mount. Make sure theres no tension on the pipe since it will tear open when it gets hot. Then tighten the flange and finally the engine mount.
Thats how I do it.

Thanks guys. I know how to mount a pipe that is not really an issue. My issue is that tension that Lucas just mentioned. I am currently measuring the pipe and then I will take a video which will explain it better. So stay tuned...

Ok got the pipe mounted! I extended the hole on the front mount of the pipe by 4-5mm and slightly bend the welded mount bracket out by maybe 2-3mm to take of that tension. Now all seems to be good. Thank you all for the help. Just painted the mounting bracket black and need to wait for it to dry before I can mount the pipe on my blue Jog.

So I just measured the pipe and before I started my Photoshop I quickly checked the pipe build thread and saw niz76 posted dimensions for a Next-R 100cc. I compared my data with his and I have the exact the same dimensions for my 50cc pipe. So creating another image with data on it is not necessary. A bit weird isn't it? A 100cc pipe has the same dimensions as a 50cc pipe. That is not good isn't it? 90GTVert Brent you can change the description/title in this post here to 50cc/100cc Next-R 49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/171014/thread

I was looking threw some "next-r 70cc" on line and the stinger on the 70cc use to be skinnier. Maybe they changed to the new fatter stinger for heat purposes. Who knows. But there were actual 70cc only next-r's.

I heard of a Tecnigas RS 70, you and niz76 have a 100cc Next-R I got one that says for 50cc on it even though the dimensions are exact the same as for the 100cc. Some guys had a restrictor in it some not. Maybe the 50cc Next-R has baffles inside the 100cc doesn't? There seems to be no basic guideline with those Tecnigas pipes, kinda chaotic. I am very much looking forward to mount and drive the pipe. Hopefully I will be able to do that tomorrow or latest over the weekend.

Went to the used bike parts store and found a set of aluminum wheels! Same as the white ones that I got but in black. So now I can put the white ones on my blue Jog and these new, black ones on my red Jog. No need to paint anything anymore.

You come up on some great stuff. Yeah, sometimes I get lucky and find such things. They also had the white ones but they were expensive since they are rare.

spaz12Don't know yet but asap, I hope. nelsonYes, 10 inch. You find the white ones for maybe $100 the pair and around $70 for the pair in black. They are from the Jog ZR and the white ones from the Jog ZR Evolution. At least I think they are aluminum that what I have been told. They do feel lighter then the stock 3 spoke. On page 76 I think I posted pics of the white ones.
