I've heard rumors that the 50cc and 100cc next-r pipes were the same. So this should be interesting. Also nice score on the wheels I can't wait to see pics.

Nice wheels but I have alu wheels on my axis too? Theyre cast and not CNCd but still alu.
Since the 90's every scoot has alu wheels.

Hi Guys It's been a while since I posted anything. Jog sat still over winter and I did not do anything to it. I am looking a doing a project. What year would be better in your opinion 2000 or 2006. There are a couple of both years for sale cheap near me. Thanks

There are a couple of both years for sale cheap near me. Thanks Doesnt really matter in my opinion. They all have the same aircooled Minarelli engine which is for a performance build the best base line. The rest is all about looks. Only the Jog RR with 12inch wheels has a watercooled engine. But an aircooled minarelli is very easily converted to watercooled.

Lucass2T Can aluminum get rusty? If not then my 3 spoke wheels are definitely not aluminum because they are getting rusty. These 5 spoke wheels that I got should be aluminum and they don't deform during an accident. They either crack/break or they don't. I have been told that they are aluminum made and looking at the maker name ( Boamax Taiwan) they seem to be specialized in aluminum work. To be honest I don't really care if they are steel or aluminum as long they are lighter and not deformed I'm good with them. They just look better then the 3 spokes that I currently have on it.

Heck yeah, those are nice! Now we just gotta find you a nice, big brake rotor. It is on my to do list but changing the rotor means changing the caliper and that again means swapping the fork. All together will cost me around $400 (Rotor+Fork+Caliper with adapter+brake hose)

06jog Hey! It's been a while! How is it going? Jog's alright? Yasuni pipe still good? As Lucas said it doesn't really matter as long it is a Minarelli type engine. What are your plans?

Hi Yeh jog is ok just some tuning issues after jamming in the shock that was too long. Bike seemed to idle way low and also after stopping after a ride hold revs for a two seconds longer than normal. I am putting it down to the weather. Plan to find a project bike so I don't have to have my ride off the road. Just have to wait for the right sales to pop up. I am thinking Athena 80cc and crank to suit. But who knows I change my mind every 5 seconds. Yasuni pipe is great I love it. Works well with the stock motor.

No, aluminum does not rust but it can corrode in certain environments

My rear rim looks identical to that, hell it might be aluminum. But it isnt stock, doesn't match my front steel stock wheel Very nice by the way!
