Does anyone know the distance from center hole to center hole of a 2T Zuma disc brake rotor? Its either 57 or 70mm. For an axis/jog its 57mm. For yamaha neo's and I bet aerox too, its 70mm.

Actually, the Aerox and the Prebug use the same caliper. The Zuma is a bit different and I don't know what it is right off hand, but I'll dig mine out of a box later and let you know. Unless moofus02 knows and answers first?

Today I swapped the wheels from the blue Jog. Unfortunately things didn't went as smooth as I thought they would. The rear wheel was no problem, white wheel with blue panels looks awesome.
The problems stared with the front wheel. First I tried to remove the 2 bolts that hold the caliper and one of them was so hard that I fucked up the allen shape of the bolt. I took my grip pliers and could finally remove it. So that bolt needs replacing no big deal BUT the 5 spoke front wheel has a different offset then the 3 spoke around 7mm difference. I didn't know that and I broke that plastic speed thing that goes on the wheel. That thing is not easy to replace and not cheap either. ( $60 ) It is what it is right now so fuck it, need to live with it till next payment comes. Next I'll mount the Next-R pipe and see what tuning needs to be done.

Sorry for the bad image quality. It got late but I finally was able to mount the front wheel. I used 5x 1.4mm washers which gives me 7mm total to compensate the offset. But I think I might need 8mm so I gotta figure out a way to get that. Maybe grind a roller weight down? Anyways, 7mm will probably do just fine for now, will know more tomorrow when I go for a test drive.

Did some research regarding that Speedometer gear. And it turns out that the Jog ZR uses a different gear then my Jogs. The ZR Speedometer gear has a longer inner spacer to match the offset of those 5 spoke front wheels. The other 3 spoke wheels have no offset, they are flush and therefore the speedometer gear is flush too.
Right now I am using washers to get it adjusted which is probably OK...temporary. I don't want to use the same on my faster, red Jog though. I need to replace that speedo gear on my blue Jog and it looks like you can get some used ones on Yahoo auctions or Amazon Japan. So I'll order 2 of them and that should be the end of all troubles.

Definetley keep the white rims on the blue jog! Can't wait to hear if you like the Next or not. Tried 7.5 gram rollers the other day. Too sluggish for me. Going for 6 gram today with the next-r.
