ryan_ott No, that pipe is gone. As spaz12 guessed shipping is probably around $50-60 maybe even a tiny bit cheaper.

She was painted black, I guess to cover the rust, and she had that kevlar silencer. Another time maybe... You rarely see or hear anything from people owning a C20, C21 or a C30. Maybe PIG owns one?
Btw. Just did a quick google search and ebay Germany has a couple C30s for 150 euro and 200 euro which is not that expensive.

Once again I took the red Jog to work and once again new challengers showed up at the traffic light. 125cc 4 poke customized Suzuki Adress. He was quick I give him that but still he had no chance. Then some 50cc 4 pokes tried but I even don't bother with them anymore. New max rpm record, 11610 rpms. Usually when I reach 11500rpm I feel some sort of light kick like it shifts the gear and then more speed and power comes out of it and the rpms drop down to 9800-10000 and start to climb from there again. Could this be a torque driver issue? That space that PIG had on his torque driver? Or is it the moment the clutch really bites hard into the clutch? Eitherway I like it!

That's the boost juice kicking in That kinda sounds like the torque drive maybe?

Ive had that problem before. It ended up being damaged roller weights in the variator. It definitely sounds like its an issue inside the CVT. Also your lucky you get soo many races!! Ive gotten something 2 (TWO!!!) races in the past 3 years.

Could this be a torque driver issue? That space that PIG had on his torque driver? Or is it the moment the clutch really bites hard into the clutch? Eitherway I like it! Thought I replied to this last night. It's more likely to be related to the torque driver or variator than the clutch. Since I assume this is happening at speed, it should not be a function of the clutch. Many think about the clutch relative to engine RPM, but engine RPM doesn't tell you much about what the clutch is doing. It operates based on the RPM that the rear pulley, that it is attached to, is driven. Even if your clutch engages at 10,000RPM initially, that doesn't mean that if RPM drops to 8000RPM as you accelerate that the clutch disengages or makes light contact. Once the CVT starts to shift ratios, the rear pulley is driven faster and faster so the clutch should be grabbing hard once you're up to speed. If it's slipping at that point, something is defective or a friction surface is being lubricated. My OR does this too. I have put a straight edge on my variator's drive face and found that it's a little lower from wear in the area where I cruise the most. I suspect that it's either the extra effort to pass that minor raised section or something to do with the torque driver. It doesn't necessarily feel like a bad thing in my case, so (beyond making sure parts are clean) I haven't put any effort into solving it. It could be pretty much any part that affects belt, pulley, or roller movement.

I have had the exact same issue and i am certain it is the td as the cvt and rollers were good. I went through cvt and td multiple times and never figured it out. I changed the dowels on the td because i thought maybe it was too hard to pull open the td,changed springs because thought it was binding. I only had this issue with my mhr never stock td. Now it is on a higher reving motor i no longer have this issue. I was told the mhr was for high rev motor and my 90 reved to about 10k. Running lighter rollers and a heavy spring at high rpm seemed to clear it up.
