Yes, some triple bond. My head was a pos that was stock polaris. It had the doughnut in it and I had to reshape the chamber. I took a bit of cc's out of it others wise I wouldn't have had to mill so much off the head. And if you are only a bit off on exhaust time I would try to work the edge/crown of piston to get duration. Easier than porting Imo but exhaust port is pretty simple

Checked it with no base gasket timings are now 132/182. The head will still need some work squish is around 1.2mm and compression is only145.

I had the base machined by about 1.3mm. I have set it at 130/186 with gaskets so I can adjust as needed. Squish is set at .8 compression is now around 170. Transfers now line up at BDC. Just waiting on some parts orders to get this together. Anyone have any recommendations on a exhaust? The only I've really found is the 100cc Tecnigas RS II. I will be running keihin pwk as I have one laying around.

It might take a little while to get it ordered, but I will have one  When I contacted them about the 100cc Mina Phongeer they said Phongeer has a newer one that I might like a little better. Haven't talked to them in about a week so IDK what the "new one" is.... |

Now youre talking on those durations!You may want to go up on the exhaust duration if you want some more power,low end grunt may suffer a bit though..

I've used a V8 on a build years ago not sure about the Phongeer but I might see what I can find that is more of a traditional expansion chamber design.

I run the technigas pipe you are looking at. I think the rs2 got it for under $200 shipped. It has a very broad power band from 6 to 9500 I would say. Plenty of torque. I am not sure as I would have to look back at my exact timing but compression is same. I run a 24 mikuni (I think) on a 43.5 x 52mm. Depending on what you plan on doing with the bike and how fast yout want to go. If you are cruise the city and want a quick bike you should be good. If you are wanting max rpm top speed I think u will want another pipe and made be durations. Otherwise, I think you are good maybe check exhaust like mentioned. I added a bit to mine by shaving a bit off the piston.
