I guess it's time to start a build thread not sure what I have planned to do yet and not much funds at all but as I tinker along I wanna keep up with what I do. Past week or so I've noticed some lack in take off so I took Cvt cover off and dug into it noticed a cpl issues along with tons of belt dust and that my belt was starting to come apart but did not replace cause not one in stock here maybe I'll be able to get that next weekend also that the part behind the clutch where belt travels (can't think of what u call it) was sticking so I put just a lil grease on the part it slides on problem solved while I had clutch off I replaced the clutch springs with a fresh set of koso 1500 that I had laying around was gone paint the cover b4 I put it back on but didn't have time I had to be at work and that my only transportation but gone try to get that done today guess that sums up my first entry on this thread more to come sooner or later

what paints that? Its a great colour It's dupli-color I got from auto zone it actually matches pretty good

Well went for a ride the other day to put in a job application had to go down a major hwy so I turned my speedo app on to figure my average speed.. Well look for yourself don't think it was too bad considering I'm stock other than clutch springs. Did some minor tuning this morning and fixing to go cruise around town to see if I can change that top speed I know my average will drop from stop n go driving my top speed on flat land was around 42mph

Lil more done today I adjusted the valves and changed out that ugly airbox and out in a new spark plug I think I'm gone have to upjet Wichita is fine cause I have 81,85,90 main jets but gonna ride for a cpl days and do a plug check

Unless that plug is new, it may be colored by the old setup. With a free flowing filter I'd put the 90 in for now if that's the largest you have.

With a free flowing filter I'd put the 90 in for now if that's the largest you have. thats the plug that came in it surprisingly it was a ngk think I'm gone go with the 81 and work up its not a free flow filter its one that came off a Maddog but honestly I don't even know what's in it haven't looked yet

Allways start your tuning on the rich side trust me its so much better to be rich then lean. Melted pistons are never fun!

Well I put a 85 main jet in tuned her up in just a few mins then figured while I had her apart I'd do a few mods cut fender and made vertical license plate bracket

OK so I really hate my super skinny low pro tires esp the back tire feels sketchy when roads are wet. So I help out at a local shop putting together scooters, quads, dirt bikes, go carts, ect. Well in the back is a stash of of wrecked or blown up scoots so today I went through and found a rim that is really close design to mine but it's 5in wide compared to my 3.5in wide rear. After trying 4 different tire sizes I found one that barely fits but think I will order one a lil smaller not sure what size though and need some help it was a 120/70/12 Now take in mind that mine is only 100/60/12. I guess my question is what numbers represent hight and width?
