You can do the same thing basically to remove the bearings. Flipping the bolt/washers around. Or just drive them out if you don't care about the bearings. Slide hammer style puller would work. Heating the cases may ease the process.

I don't care about the bearings, it's the bushings I have to be easy with and make sure I don't break because I can't wait more time to order, the anticipation is eating me alive here!! I wanted to ride today but Monday I'll get her done and installed! Will the nut bolt and washers method work for the bushings?

Heat gun or propane torch will work. I usually look for 250-300F. The bearings will heat up, but the aluminum should expand more quickly. They can be driven out without the heat, but it takes less force with heat.

I actually packed the variator with plastic explosives shaped like rollers.... Or they might be spares....

So I measured the slot on the engine cases that hold the mount bearings/bushings. I'm going to get a nut& bolt with approximately a 49mm and 26mm washer to pull those bearings out! Will do this Monday and I also have to pick up some of that motoseal grey sealant for the intake as I have to remove that to fit the subframe: Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket subframe that is longer?? Would love a nice stretch

Is there any stretched sub frames or someway to fabricate mine to extend the engine back a bit?? Saw the kiesler kits but those looks so flemsy

That's what I guessed so 103cc!!! Wonder where I can take this engine do you know your max speed? I don't have data left this month lmfao so no gps verified on phone I think the fastest on that motor was 58mph. That was fast enough for me with 10" tires. My wifes scooter also had a high center of gravity. I'm sure there is more to be had there....

I think you would do best leaving it as is. One way to get a stretch on that scoot would to use a longcase mina, then you could move up to 12" tires
