Sooooo..... Thiscrazyguy is excited and stoked as shit!!!!! I received and installed my kick start components, fired her up and took her for a short ride around the block a few times, that short ride turned out to be a 20ish minute ride down a 45mph road and I hit 58 mph!!!!!! I was wondering why every car was in my mirror and when I pulled over to check gps speed, 58.2!!!!! Stock exhaust & carb and the carb isn't even in tune 100%!!! Can't wait to get this baby Rollin over 60!!!

Well.. Let's see if I can explain this so it makes sense to you guys! My throttle was sticking open after me playing with my carb slide and checking needle position, figured it was sticking cuz I dropped it in dirt and just wiped it off, I cleaned the carb 2 days ago and it was still sticking!!!! I ended up jogging my memory with carb adjustments and watching Brent's, excellently explain video, figuring out the air mixture screw, decided to play with the idle screw as well cuz my engine was bouncing forward at idle, I lowered idle and thought ohh maybe my throttle was stuck open a bit during breaking be cuz the idle was too high, lowered it a substantial amount and when braking I actually slow down now haha tyvm Brent

Ride to work this morning was amazing. Not sure of top speed, but max rpm was 8160, highest so far!
After work I plan on doing a plug chop and putting a fresh plug in!

Can't find my spare spark plug -.- must be in the wife's car, so tomorrow after work I've got to swap plugs and chop my used one to check the condition of it and find out how it looks.
I would also like to try and get my rear brake cable re-routed to get just a bit more tension in it and have more stoppage power!!!

Will hopefully be making it to niz76 house tomorrow after work, maybe go for a short ride before we split the cases, I want to check the condition of everything to see what needs replaced soon and check condition of my wrist pin bearing, this vibration from 1/4-3/4 throttle is scaring me!!

My Thursday night consisted of what should have been a 45 minute ride to niz76 house, ended up being about an hour and a half ride. a few soft seizes and a couple times to let the engine cool down, and also I had to ride on sidewalks for the last 25 minutes because the sun went down, I have no headlights and didn't want to soft seize on a road that was speed limit 55 mph! Talk about road kill! Well..... niz76 and myself had a very fun and eventful night last night!!!! first things first, we obviously checked compression, my engine had about 130 psi compression. Good enough to run, then we discussed the plans for the night and instead of splitting cases we just decided to check the top end! Well, what we found was quite a shocker to how she ran and how I was doing over 50 mph with the condition my cylinder was in! heres a picture, as you can see the cylinder is atleast 1/4 inch away from the engine cases at the 2 corners, unbelieveable! I am guessing that's where the clacking noise was coming from. another thing, i bought this Polaris atv engine from Sitticuss , he told me it was a 54mm "tall" cylinder. And had a stroker crank, ends up he lied, along with telling me it had a brand new top end! Not the case, I removed top end and intake before I threw the engine on the scooter a couple months ago to reseal everything with my sealants and check condition. Didn't mind the fact he told me it was a new top end kit and it wasn't, as long as it ran properly which it did. Than he also lied about the length of the jug and I am a bit upset and advise people to be careful when dealing with him. Then I mentioned a "resistance" feeling causing a bad vibration to the Nizinator! And he turned the crank a couple times and told me to remove the starter clutch stuff in the cvt, and since I have no e-start anyways, I had no objections! Took it all off, turned crank, no "resistance" feeling!! Thanks brother!!! Than we tackled my head light problem before I left! Turns out I have no power to my headlights, which is what I figured but no way for me to tell, we ended up red neck rigging the headlight to my dash cluster wires so I had lights, it got me home and worked until my battery died this morning! I have a serious electrical issue, and niz suggests I check out the wiring on my voltage regulator, I don't have power going to some electrical clusters, and my stator isn't keeping the battery charged. anyways, there's a good update for ya, me and niz76 had a fun night along with all the upsets with my scoot, but nothing broke this time!!!! thanks brother, we'll have to get together and fish and ride one day soon

Glad to hear it's not soft seizing anymore! It wasn't near as fast with that bigger 95 mj in it, but a few more swaps and you'll get the speed back without it seizing! Hated to be the bearer of bad news that this isn't a "stroker" or 103cc- standard 54mm 77mm 'short' cylinder... Your scoot was flying before it started soft seizing- I couldn't keep up! It's got 60mph in it with a little more tuning. Couldn't believe it was even running with that 1/4" gap at the cylinder base.

Hated to be the bearer of bad news that this isn't a "stroker" or 103cc- standard 54mm 77mm 'short' cylinder... Maybe get a bit of a refund from the seller?? haha. The 95mj just didn't feel right at WOT but it got me home, I cruised at 1/2 throttle doing well over 50mph but sputters at WOT, I swapped in a 90 mj, worse, put in a 105, it rides but isn't good either, can't find my 100. Typical Scott, always loses what I need the most!' I plan on rigging my stock airbox back on anyways, so maybe I can use my 90 or 95mj!

I said it had a new piston and rings and a 45mm stroke crank which I believe was stock on that engine. As for the cylinder length. I only ordered one "tall" cylinder which is how it was listed by autotech355 and I don't have it here. I don't see any mention of the Hoca Vari or Hoca fan I had shipped to you from parts for scooters. Or any of the other parts I shipped with it. But that was way back in July.....

Trying to put 80$ together so I can pick up this Keeway F-ACT. Looks just like the Tritons, which I absolutely love the body style of. it has no title, but I will be swapping my 90 engine onto it, vin plates, and painting it red to match the current title I have!
