Should just be one that is between the clip and the cover.

Came to the conclusion that I need carb cleaner and clean out all my jets and slide, that's gotta be why it cuts off after starting, was a dumbass and dropped the slide in the dirt and just wiped it off with my dirty ass shirt

Picked up some cheap carb cleaner today after work, cleaned the hell out of my carb, took every jet and mixture screws out and sprayed them all very well.
Got an email today notifying me that my kick start components shipped from partsforscooters this morning. I'll get them tomorrow and install, I am debating on removing the electric start components in the cvt and possibly getting or making an over range variator and getting a new belt.
Are the gains worth it? And what would be the cheapest route for the OR?

These are the kick start components I bought!! I also need to find out a way to mount my stock air box to this engine, I was thinking of finding a small piece of scrap metal and drilling holes, mounting that to the cvt bolts and then bolting the air box to that, but I don't think it would fit between my carb and my shock!!! So lost, I hate this open air filter so much!!

This may be of use for the airbox : 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/1346/modifying-stock-airbox-larger-relocationIf you want max performance, get a full OR kit. I did nearly as well with an OR variator, straight groove TD and stock belt though. A tiny bit slower acceleration and not as effective at higher speeds (about 2-300RPM difference @50mph from full OR). You can get an OR vari from roughly $100 and a straight groove TD for $50 or less to be used with the stock rear pulley. Roughly half the cost of a new OR kit on sale. Either is much better than a stock CVT.

I'll stick with stock for now, my plans with this engine are to mod the cvt to be an acceleration machine, wheelie like no tomorrow!!!! I have 3 sets of rollers, not sure of weight but once I get it back on the road I'll play with them and tin foil(if needed) and also play with the clutch springs, I did a pretty badass wheelie in front of a Honda 600 bike and actually had him wave at me, but I hate having to pull the handle bars up and sit on the back of the seat!! Also I'd love to paint the engine cases, tear them down to nothing and see exactly what shape everything component and bearings are in, and also pressure wash the cases and paint the body panels, and add another one of my pvc fishing pole holders, but instead of them on the pegs, I'd love to find a way to mount them somewhere else incase I have a backseat passenger

The vibration of the engine must have loosened up the last nut but j didn't have any washers on! Good eyes btw
