Im reaaaally curious how that pipe's gonna perform! ...it looks soo damn short...even for a high-end 70cc pipe. They work great on the Dio's. Granted the Dio is a vertical cylinder and the header is longer… I was curious about the same thing, and I measured it, and my Kundo/PG Long is an inch longer than my V8 pipe. FINGERS CROSSED. The pipe looks bigger with the engine to reference it by

Got some work done today. Hooked up a new black throttle cable and dialed it in. Stripped the clamping bolts on my quick throttle so retapped them to a 6mm bolt. Took a file to the inner parts of the throttle so it snaps back. Installed gas tank, rear fender, tail lights, and rear rack.

Got er tuned, for now. She pulls hard through mid throttle, and just keeps pulling at wide open. This is where I ended up with the tuning of my 90cc polaris block. 54mm aluminum autotech55 bore. 45mm full circle drr crank. 6.75:1 drr gears. 28mm oko, 55 pilot with the a/f screw 2 full turns to the left. 152 main jet with the needle on the top notch (leaning out mid throttle). Malossi Overrange transmission with 8 gram weights. Stage6 Pink extra soft torque spring, and yellow malossi clutch springs. I don't want to jinx it, but it is running great!! Thanks everyone for the advice. I'll get a video on my next day off, and do some top speed tests.Oh yeah, that Kundo/pg long is SICK!!!
