Over 2 months painting my body panel. Finished it up today with 2000 grit wet sand, Klasse polish, Klasse sealant glaze, then Mothers carnuba wax. It was a flat black paint, but with all the polish and wax, its like a mirror!

rebuilt & polished my carb today. Swapped Choke, Pulled everything apart and gave it a good spray down, and changed some o-rings and gaskets. Polished the filter side by wet sanding with progressively finer grit paper and mothers aluminum polish.

Patched up and welded my exhaust back together today. burned some holes, welded them shut, and did some grinding. Checked for pin holes by putting a small, high powered, led flashlight inside the pipe and turning the lights off in a windowless room. I did this several times till they were all gone. So I thought. I double checked it one more time after wire brushing real hard. I found a couple more pin holes. I'll have to fix those later. Only Jog Kundo/PG Long that I know of.

They work great on the Dio's. Granted the Dio is a vertical cylinder and the header is longer… I was curious about the same thing, and I measured it, and my Kundo/PG Long is an inch longer than my V8 pipe. FINGERS CROSSED.
