You really shouldn't have to remove the clutch to do a variator job, but whatever it takes to get it right for you and keep the belt out of the way. Glad it worked.

Well been testing roller weights yesterday and today.scoot came with 5 gr witch made rev to hi. The DLH hi perf variator came with 3/5 3/7 3/9gram rollers.tryed the 5 and 7 first.take off was kind of slow but good top end .next was the 5/9grams.the only diffrents was it seemed a little slower.so I tryed the 7/9 witch gave better take off.but I could n't get it pass 35.so I think I'll stay with the 5/7 gr until I can get 6 gram sliders take off is slow only for a sec or too but I like the top end .hopefully I'll be putting bbk on the beginning of next month.then see what happens.

It sure does suck not having a garage to work in, in my apartments complex there's a laundromat off to the side of the courtyard right by my apartment door and it has 2 walls and a roof! So I am luckier than most without a garage. You should invest in a canopy, good for scoot and when you are out at a park or beach!
