You dug deep to bring this back up. Yes I picked up an airsal 77 to replace the malossi cast L/C and pro rep I'm currently running now. You'll have to wait a few weeks for any real updates as I'm waiting on a new pipe to arrive. I'll probally rob the 28mm keihin off of the Elite and put it back on here. I'm also planning on pushing the limits of the stock ignition with a MX cdi.

So I'll rewind a bit here I left out some stuff in the timeline. I no longer have the MHR77 setup. I sold that when I bought my elite to fund that build. I threw together a cheap motor and I've been running that for awhile. It actually turned out to be pretty stout for what it is. Ported cast Malossi L/C, pro rep pipe, PWK 21mm, Polini variator and some 11.3:1 gears. It gets up to 66-68 quickly and I've been happy with it. Also gets great fuel mileage, not that I really care. I love the light to light acceleration of these motors so I'm going with another 77, airsal this time. Kind of a low cost cylinder but still should be around 20+ hp. It has 7 transfers and a bridged exhaust port. I'll get timings when I mount up the cylinder. I did some cleanup work of the transfers and boost port today. I'm not going to be pulling the motor until my TPR 86 pipe gets here. Before: Progress: Still some cleanup left to do:

ProRep---- C16----- Agreed but I didn't pay much for it. It works ok (kind of) for what it is but a pain to setup.

I have not studied the ProRep much, but the headpipe/first stage diffuser looks too large for our style engines, gotta agree, they are cheap and pretty too!!

Here are some stoppers I ordered from Aliexpress, $102 shipped The set is the same I got on the elite. It's meant for ruckus but the bolt pattern on these wheels are the same. I think I can get the mounting bracket to work also. It just needs a bit of persuasion.

Funny. Since looking at those nice brakes on the Rattler I started looking around for something 220mm and wouldn't break the bank. This looks very similar to what I was looking at! Just need some kinda tube spacers for the bracket?

Yeah just some spacers, the holes on the fork don't line up so 1 needs to be drilled and tapped. Not a big deal hopefully. These kits are cheap enough so if I need to get a different bracket I'll still be doing ok.

It all looks good other than the lower piston scuffing,,typical of sand/abrasive ingestion..Air filter OK??
Edit, leave the steps in the Ex port to flange,,or even better weld up the flange to pipe spigot and blend it from oval to round, thats the latest flow improvement trick!!

I may have run it for a very short period non oiled. I'll put this on the shelf as a back up. Are you saying leave the cylinder as-is and modify the flange on the pipe to match up? That makes sense to do it that way.
