Yes,thats the up to the minute tech,,narrow and wide port, transitions into matching flange adapter which tapers back to round at the pipe..I'd think some careful braze build up top and bottom, then blending it back to round would be the ticket..I can dig up the tech info on the whole theory if you like..

If you have it bookmarked it would be some good reading. Don't go out of your way looking for it.

I made a thinner base gasket to adjust my durations I'm now at 196/134 with .60 squish. I still clear bdc. I'm happier with these numbers. I got to head back out to work tonight so I'll get you more pics and info tomorrow.

Good news! I discovered the caliper mount on my Keeway is the same as the Zuma. So I got a caliper mount for the Zuma and besides a few washers to space it towards the wheel it's a perfect fit. Yay! I also picked up some Malossi shoes for the rear.

Looking good. Those rear shoes remind me of Catapillar with the colors.

Hopefully all my braking issues will be gone now. Excessive speeds haven't helped.

I'm sure that front disk and caliper will be so much better than stock.

I figured a pic would x-plain it; This is from a 250KTM kart motor that "Wobbly" built in NZ..

Lets see where did I leave off... Well I got the caliper fitted bleed and working well, very well actually. The back brakes is a different story. They have always been weak. No adjusting or replacing of pads and cable helped so I measured the drum and guess what it's out of spec. So I got a new rear wheel. The cost of having it machined is more then a new wheel. I ordered a new set of cases from pfs. I got to happy with the dremel when I cut these last year and I have always had trouble getting them sealed up. I always got them to seal but I don't want any issues. They seem to leak through the studs. I got too close when the were cut. This should help. Got all new bearings, seals and a crank to go with it. I figure I'm going in again I should make it all fresh. Jb weld is drying as we speak. I did a quick lap with the motor on my old accessories and its impressive. Dead down low because of the timings but builds rpm quick. I'm still waiting on a few pieces to get the new cases together. Not quite Yamaha but china man tried... Here was my issue...

Dang that looks like it flowed nice too. I'm sure your new set will be even better yet. Really interested in this build!

Shiny new cases. You lucky dog! And I bet you have it ripping up the neighborhood before I even get fuel in my tank.

3 day weekend, I'll get some time to get some alumnium chips flying. I'm thinking of painting these cases also. Spaz you just need some motivation!

Really looking forward to the outcome on this one. Such a smokin deal on that cylinder. I'd paint the cases, it's worth the little extra effort IMO.
