Preesh, I couldnt find shit when I searched. Talked to the guy at scootercraft for 30 mins. Very impressed with customer service/his website. Prob about to give him an order for motoforce fiberglass reeds and a shock riser to give me that aggressive stance I want. Prob wait on bars until I get a little more money together. Have to check and see if my stock controls will work. I suppose I could keep it full of gas and oil all the time I wouldn't have enough for any more gages except a bike speedo. Also not sure how much attention bars would grab with LEO and what their reaction would be to limited gauges. The reed cage prob wont give me any real power gains but it will be peace of mind.
He also gave me some advice on the torque spring, he said you wanted them as soft as possible with out belt slip to reduce drag. I have a brand new gates belt and I doubt I will be making enough power to spin it so I may go back to stock w/ a torsion controller. I feel like I can feel the 1500 spring dragging more than necessary. Will keep you posted

The zxr did not even want to come close to fitting. And to top if off I broke an exhaust stud putting the stock exhaust back on. I guess i will try drilling it out and retapping it. I cant return the pipe anyone wanna trade for something that will fit? I assumed any pipe that would fit the zuma would fit but I guess I was wrong.

What is wrong with the pipe?Wrong flange angle?Thats an easy fix if you know somebody who can weld.I could do it for you if you cant find anyone close by..

If it can bolt up to the cylinder, then you can make it work by making your own support brackets - so long as the pipe is clear of everything else (tire, case, ground).

Had a shop get the stud out and put the pipe on as well as add the yellow LV clutch springs. Also added a motoforce variator with 6 gram weights. I rejetted to a 95 before I took it in. Now it doesnt do shit 0-10 barely moves but pulls pretty solid 10-50. However I can tell the weights are too heavy so I will try to put the 5s on tomorrow. The crank splines at the end are rough and messed up the stock variator when I changed the weights last time. Caused the star washer to shear off as well. So I am hesitant to change it but It is not revving like I know it should and I wont be satisfied til I get it right. However the pipe is the the same loudness as stock.. Very happy with the sound. Cant figure out why it will barely do anything 0 -10 doesnt matter what throttle position im at just feels like Im pulling a boat.

I could be totally wrong here but which main spring do you have in?....maybe the springs? OF course, if YOU think the rollers are to heavy, they could be , then that could be the key.. Lord knows i have'nt mastered the cvt yet, so uhhhh :stumped: maybe i'll stop here........

Yellow torque spring pretty sure its medium/1500 rpm and clutch springs are supposed to be medium. I dont think its just the rollers though because it wont rev at all really 0-10..I have no idea what it could be

The initial takeoff is most affected by clutch springs. If it's not revving up at all before it engages, check out your clutch, try some 2000RPM springs if you can.

When I put on my pipe Tecnigas on my 50 it came with 6gr rollers and they were too heavy. I put in 3-6gr and 3-4.5gr Dr Pulley sliders man what a difference. It really made it all come together. I put in an 85main and raised the needle to the top notch. for a stock 50 well almost it clocks out about 45 to 49 on police radar.. I still want to go to a 1,500 torque spring and I think that will help a lot.

Tucking the pipe in is good, but that looks like there's no daylight between the tire and the pipe in one pic. If you've got 1/8-1/4" I wouldn't worry about it. Less than that, you might wanna stick another washer in there or something.

Its got maybe an eighth'' but its farther up the cone so the pipe isnt as hot and it doesnt seem to be melting the tire. I have the rollers and everything and I know it would make a huge difference but after what happened last time I cant risk a $100 variator or worse the whole crank. Next mod is a shock extension, does anyone know if the stock shock will swivel? My extension looks perfect except one of the holes is 90 deg off center
