Also does anyone know anyone that has done this swap? I know I saw 90gts with the polaris motor and ncsk8ers with the lifan 90? I was hoping to hear some feedback and success stories. Also anyone have any idea about jet sizes? I was thinking 110+

billw129, 95ej, ltsride and others here have done the swap.
Carb size will make the jet size vary, and you don't seem to be sure what you'll use at this point. Probably going to be 80-110 I'd guess.

my 90cc ran great with a 95 main jet but was still i tad rich (stock 90cc with 21mm carb)

You might check the inside dia. of the jet. I found some jet look the same but diffrent manufactures are diffrent on the I.D. Ive been there.

Apparently the jog has a different angle exhaust port than the stocker? So I will need a jog pipe?

basically i cant find any info on the stator/wiring. The motor comes with a 3 plug connector with 2 wires running off. My bike has a 4 plug connector with one wire coming off. I think the Eton electrical is something off brand or something and I want to make sure it will wire up with my cdi and harness or I wont be able to buy it.
