I just looked on maxiscoot, scoot-tunning and scootertuning and couldn't find gears for that motor. Wow, what a shame they use all that proprietary stuff because that it such a nice looking scoot.
Well, You could always throw a regular Minarelli motor in the damn thing and then it's pretty much the sky is the limit... Sucks though after spending all that money.
You can also throw an OR on it for a few mph...

I tried to find out what other bikes they used the motor in and couldn't. I didn't look super hard, but I looked. Oh, I also looked on racingplanet and nothing there either. Someone in Kymco's development department needs a good, swift kick to the head.

Not even an OR for the Super 9 WOW I want to say I've heard of one that will fit that's from another bike. I mean, hell, basic gy6 variator and clutch equipment bolt right up, where's the OR for them? But then there's the question of if the variator core can handle the rpms and not just fall apart...

It's rarely traveled to anymore that I notice... Josh is pretty much the go to guy for info on s9s... Edit : it looks like there's a little life, so I posted up about this in there. Sai, if you go searching there, which you should, aeromyst is Josh, and he built a sick super 9. But he's pretty much a two stroke guru, from what I have seen

Over range, or OR, is a variator and rear pulley that are bigger than what originally comes in it, giving your transmission more "gears". I'd like to come across a nice sized variator for mine. The malossi variator is just a slight bit larger, enough to make GPS 45mph less straining on my rpms.

We learn something new every day!!! And as far as an Overrange Kit, once you drive a scoot with a kit you won't ever want to go back to stock pullys..!!!! I love mine..!

Yeah an overrange kit makes acceleration and revs way more stable and tuning easier!

I've never rode anything better than my s9, nothing tuned. I'd like the chance, just for comparison...

Yes, I have researched his Cloud9 project prior to my 878 evo project.
I'll make an account there and send him a PM to come over here and see if he can help me with the gearing.
This truly is the only piece missing for my project. I have around 1500-2000rpm to work with extra.
How about if we make gears on our own? How difficult / expensive is that gonna be?
