No problem spaz12. No hurry and sorry for troubling you with this. While i was looking at some carbs i saw a silver intake that has two nipples(no, not the nasty ones.) Coming out on the side of it. What are those for? Vacuum and oil line? And could i use a 24mm or even 28mm carb or would that be overkill?

When you get into those size carbs you lose the oil pump. They have no port for them. They're for race setuups

The Dellorto Carbs have 2 letters after the PHBG, like CS, BS or AS. What do they stand for? And I was looking at the SIP website and when I checked their shipping rates I almost dropped my beer. They say; SHIPPING RATES INTERNATIONAL DHL Flat Rate 5.00 € UPS Standard 5,90 € I contacted them just to make sure but if that is really true...

Those letters tell you the mount style. BS is a spigot style that most of us would use. Looking at pics wherever you're buying should show the differences.

No hurry spaz12 i am very thankful that you do all this. It's not like i'm gonna buy a carb next week so no hurry at all. And what do you mean with old pop? Are you that old already? SIP does charge more then it is written on their site. But they are the cheapest so far since they charge by size and weight. Most shops have a flat rate system which means it doesn't matter if i order only a main jet or a BBK shipping is always the same.

I'm 46 and he turns 21 on the 19th of this month, so that makes me old to him. But I don't feel old! P.s. I'll message you the pictures because I'll be deleting them soon from Imgur and I don't want to leave a thread with a bunch of missing pictures. So I'd download them soon if you want to keep them.

PM sent and I'll keep them there for a few days. You can post them if you wish, but I'm running out of space so that's why I did it this way.

You should be able to upload them with the insert image button in reply. If this is info that will be helpful to others it would be good to add them and any info here or you can PM me with it. Thanks for the effort to help, spaz12!

So here we go... (ATTENTION A LOT IMAGES!) All credits for these awesome pics and info go to spaz12 The end of the throttle cable will look like this (sorry for bad focus): It routes through these pieces: One of the hardest parts is getting the cable past the tension of the spring and into the little hole of the throttle slide and then slid over to lock into place. I use small needle nose pliers for this task: Another view of slide assembly. The cable passes through from this direction: When it's all together it will look like this: If you end up using a choke cable it will look like this with a straight end (out of focus again): It routes through the pieces as shown and the nipple hooks into the end. The spring makes this difficult as well and I use needle nose pliers here too: I installed my choke cable like this. Of course yours will differ but I thought you might like to see how I did mine: Different views of the carb and it's ports: This one showing where the choke cable and pieces go: Looking down on the carb and how it is mounted in my bike:
