I've saved that whole post so if those are spaz's images and he needs them gone, you can go ahead and edit that post and the images can be deleted.

I was surfing and looking at some Carbs again and I found some 19mm OKOs new for $60 which is a good price IMO. Now it doesn't say that it is for Yamaha or Jog but the Intake side diameter is 34mm and the filter side is 50mm that should fit a Yamaha too right? It basically doesn't matter as long the diameters match no matter what maker and for what bike, right?
And something else I was wondering about the OKOs, they have some kinda hose on the side where the filter gets attached and some people call it "Powerjet" what the hell is that? And is it possible that the OKOs only have a vacuum hose connection and no oil connection?

That carb is way too large for a stock intake from those measurements. A stock intake is roughly 20mm ID in most cases. 34mm is more like a large aftermarket intake intended for big carbs. I think that's about the size of the intake I use for a 28mm DellOrto. The inlet side is way big for a stock airbox too. The stock airbox works alright with about 36-38mm mouths from what I've experienced. You'd have to use a pod filter, aftermarket airbox, or modify the airbox. The carb is probably also larger and may not even work if it would have fit into a stock intake. It could need to be raised or extended out so the bowl doesn't hit the cylinder/engine. If you want an easy fit, you'd be better off looking at a 19mm DellOrto PHBG IMO. The carburetor does not have to be for any specific model or manufacturer. There are carbs like the Arreche that are available in Minarelli specific versions and they have the proper machining to line up with the nubs on a stock intake and an auto enricher that plugs in and they are sized to fit. In general you don't buy a carb for a specific bike though. It is good to note if a carb specifies 2T or 4T because they may be setup different for the fuel delivery needs of each. Power Jet : 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/13855/power-jetSome carbs do not have both oil and vacuum connections. If you don't need the vacuum connection for a petcock, you should be able to attach the oil line to the vacuum hose... or ditch that pump and pre-mix.

Thanks Brent.
Yeah, i would need an after market intake. I had one in mind already but you pointed out something i was not really aware, space! The Jog engine area is narrow and tight so i have to measure once. The other thing i didn't really think well was the air box connection. I would like if possible to keep the stock air box without snorkel. I doubt there is enough space for a pod filter.
Those OKOs are cheap and easy to get here in Japan, the Dellorto on the other hand is unheard of here. Everytime i mention it everybody looks at me with a "what the hell is that?" face.
Do you have any clue as to what kind of Jet range i should get for a 19mm carb?

Airbox w/o snorkel, I've mostly used 90-105 in the Dell. When I had an Arreche it was using smaller jets. I'd just start around 100 and see how it goes with plenty of jets on hand.

90GTVertAnd what about the Pilot Jet? What is a good size to start with?

I'm not sure with the OKO. In the Dells I'm usually mid 30s.

There is a 19mm carb from Motoforce Racing, looks like the Stage6 Racing Dellorto. You can use all Dellorto parts for it. Is that a china clone? If so does anyone has experience with it?

Looks like a clone. I have no experience with the clones. Seems some like them and some don't. If you are going to buy a clone, unless someone knows if there's any difference, you can find them cheaper on eBay when not resold by a major company.

I looked on ebay and maybe my searching ability is not so good but the cheapest Dello racing clone i found was around $60. I could by one from a shop for $48. That is a couple bugs cheaper then the real Stage6 one that is why i am considering it. But if there is a risk that i will not be able to setup the carb correctly because the clone is bad manufactured then those few bucks saved don't mean anything. I hope Lucass2T or spaz12 will chime in and give more info. Stupid thing is the shop has a sale campaign running and it doesn't say until when so i will have to pull the trigger asap on this carb thing.

I have a hard time remembering who has what and likes or dislikes what sometimes, but I know oldgeek has posted about clones so he may have some info too.

Unless it says Dellorto on it, it is a clone. The clones I got from ebay had parts that I had to change in order to get it tuned. Keep in mind any carb you choose will likely need additional parts to get it installed and tuned. If you can find out what parts are in the carb before you buy it, then go from there.

the cheapest Dello racing clone i found was around $60. A real PHBG is about that money... This was after 1 minute of searching: nl.aliexpress.com/item/new-replacement-OEM-from-Dellorto-PHBG-DS-Black-21mm-Racing-Carburetor-Carb/32381741292.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_1_79_78_77_80,searchweb201644_5,searchweb201560_9 In holland we have a saying: 'Goedkoop is duurkoop' It means buying cheap stuff will ultimatly 'cost' you more than buying quality stuff right away. And 'cost' can be anything...money, time, effort, stress, annoyment, parts ... Oh and btw. Paying 50% more for the racing type is quite a lot since you only get a plug in the bowl, a screw cap and a chromed slide... I wouldn't bother paying that much for those features. Unless you're professionaly racing your scoot and need to change jets, needles and slides every week.
