They sell the Stage6 19mm cheaper then the normal 19mm Dellorto that is why i am talking about the black one but neither is in stock there. Personally I don't mind which of the two, the price matters. Of course i can get the carb somewhere else but not for that price and why miss a 20% discount chance, right. Well i guess i'll need to be patient until they are back in stock and pray that the campaign is still running then. Thanks guys. oldgeek what parts did you need to change? Lucass2T I would like to avoid direct china shopping. Last time i bought something it took over 1 month to arrive.

oldgeek what parts did you need to change? The slide, the needle, jets. I also put a pull knob choke on, and inlet adapter sized for the stock air box.

I was looking at the Intake systems and was interested in the Stage 6 Kit, the one that comes with the Reed Block. It says connection is 23mm but the Dellorto has 25mm at least that's what it says all over. Is that gonna be a problem or does it fit if you squeeze it inside? If you own a Dellorto 19 or 21mm what kind of Intake do you use?

I have always just used a stock intake with my Dellorto. The stage6 should fit

Currently I am running a 16mm Carb with a #94 MJ, stock air box w/o snorkel. If I would get the 19mm Dellorto would I need Jets from 100 upwards? There are a lot MJ sets available with different ranges and it is kinda hard to decide which to buy. 88-100? or 100-??

I lost track of what you are putting the carb on, but for a 70cc with stock style air box I don't think you would need anything over a 100, probably more like a 95.

Currently running a 70cc Polini Sport and V8 pipe. The rest is all stock and currently running best with a 94 MJ on 16mm carb airbox without snorkel.

I found that when you enlarge the carb and the rest stays the same you need to go down a little in jet size. Most of the time only a few sizes.
So you'll probably end up with a jet thats near what you have now. But i would suggest to start off 10 sizes above what you have now and work your way down.

You could try to find a different supplier. I don't think they worked out for you in the past with shipping IIRC, but treatland.tv sells Dell jets by a range of ten so you could get a 90s and 100s kit and probably be covered. As I recall, all of my 70-110cc stuff with the PHBG and a stock airbox minus the snorkel have been 90-110. Most in the center of that.

Thanks guys. Guess the Stage6 MJ kit will do then (88, 90, 92, 95, 98, 100, 102, 105, 108, 110)
A this moment it is a real PITA to get the phbg carb. I need about 6 items all together but you know how it is shop A has item 1,2,3 in stock shop B has items 4,5 and shop C has item 6 in stock but no shop has everything in stock. With the current exchange rate scooter-attack offers the best price and for me the cheapest shipping but they are out of 19mm phbg carbs at the moment. They had one 21mm few days ago but i didn't go for it and now i regret it so much. They do sell the china clone though that is why i asked about it. Treatland has great variety on carbs and accessories but they are a bit overpriced. I hate to wait especially after getting the money finally together i can't buy the carb.

The KTM sx50 (Pro) Junior, (Pro) Senior all have Dellorto PHBG carbs. Maybe you can find a local motocross shop who sell them?

Dellorto in Japan? No chance. Mikuni and Keihin are too strong over here. I talked with a couple of bike cracks here and none of them have seen or heard of Dellorto carbs.

They must have KTM bikes over there. KTM is just too big in the MX scene to be ignored by anoyone and it's the ONLY manufacturer left who still sells new two strokes

Where the Dellorto's shine, is there ability to go 19 & 21mm in the same footprint. With just a cable change or two, on the Zuma. I would recommend getting the 90* elbow hose to the airbox, if on the Zuma type format. The elbow & the manifold boot get petrified into a Rock from the gasohol-ed fuels motors over here.
There are gains to be had from porting out the stock manifold boot. Remember there can be considerable differences between jet manufacturers. So stick with one manufacturer. 92-98 Has been the range on 19 & 21 dells & clones for me.
