I don't have any pictures, but what I did was, with key on, found a hot wire from the ignition switch and tapped into that with a fused wire. Ran it up to the light switch. From there it's over to the other side where you have high and low beams. Right, you actually have an off switch for your headlights? Anyway, from the high/low switch I went to the lights. It was pretty simple. Well, simple in theory. Running the wires is a bit more than just talking about it lol. Maybe since it's your first time, an hour? Maybe I shouldn't say an amount of time lol ? It's not hard, other than removing the damn plastics. I have a light switch and a hi/low switch. Once I bust the multimeter out its a cake walk. I have had my scooter entirely disassembled and I have that down to a science. My lights when they do run... only come on when the engine is running so obviously I need to test for ac voltage coming off the ignition? Or from stator? Like does the ignition even handle ac distribution at all?

Glad you're not seriously injured. I was flung out the back of a side by side last year and broke 4 ribs and got a lot of road rash. After the beer wore off I was miserable for about six weeks. I have a little knot where the ribs healed. Nothing for it but to keep moving. No ace bandage, just pain meds and walking about once an hour. Lucky my neighbor is a doctor. She makes house calls. She did ingrown toenail surgery on me in the garage last weekend. I hate hospitals. Damn that sounds like a good one. And I have done a few toe surgeries myself. Lol Having a doctor in your pocket is cool dude. Grats on that. haha

Like does the ignition even handle ac distribution at all? Nope, I actually ran them to a DC current. Probably shouldn't have, but I did and they worked fine and I never heard about them having charging issues.

I think my switch is bad cause I wired it to dc (battery) and even then the battery got drained with the switch off.

Don't fall for it bro. Don't let the 2T force take control of you. You still have a chance. There's still the 4T force in you. I know there is...... Don't lose the scoot, don't lose the scoot Luke.... Oh ....ummm.... Don't do it!

I am also in a rush to get another set of bars and bar mounted controls. I have not seen anyone posting about bar mods. Anyone familier with the type of stem that would mount to my bike for the bar mods?

Here's some stuff to look at to give you ideas: scootertuning.ca/en/4216-styling-partsI got a set of Pro Tapers and a set of Renthal's for smaller motocross bikes from my local dirt bike shop.

That looks like an Adly 2t? I like the Adly's. I'm a fan. Keep in mind some things will be a little different than a typical Chinarelli i.e. belt size, stator, uses shortcase gears (a good thing!), etc.
They are like a mix of a shortcase and a longcase....
