I have made many visual changes, as well as more go fast parts and some jet changes. Gps confirmed on flat at 48 mph multiple runs! Many pics being uploaded shortly, as well as plans to share.

I noticed my brakes were pretty inconsistent. Upon inspection I found this. I replaced the hose, which I conveniently had on hand. While replacing the hose I removed the "abs" canister.

I also removed the front fender. I love the look without the fender. The entire bike is getting sticker bombed. One pack of stickers came in so on they went.

I have the long axle and swing arm on my scoot. What brakes do I need to order exactly to make this work?

Recently got 7.3g sliders, 1.5k torque, 1.5k clutch springs, 788-17.7-28 gates belt, a9 cam, and #92 jet. The springs and cam made such a huge difference! Flat out amazing how much it woke up.

It didn't look like this for too long before I blew the motor up. I love the CVT cover mod. With out a doubt cooler and easier on belts.

This is the scuffed piston and seized small end of con rod. Obviously it was control rings cause the bike ran great until it seized and I found only a few table spoons of oil in the entire engine...

So I loaded the bike in three pieces inside my new mazda5 micro van. Then I carried it up to my second floor condo and did the rebuild in my dinning room. Girl friend is ridiculously supportive and I can't believe she tolerated this for almost three weeks while I made decisions and ordered parts. I also did naked bars and redid front wiring harness while I had time and a/c to work in.

Even though I knew I was burning oil really bad and checking very often... I still ran it out of oil. When I opened the drain plug maybe a tablespoon came out. Most of the oil in that small container only dropped when the case was split.

My pile if parts scattered about in preparation for the dinning room table rebuild. Lol 50mm bbk, 44mm hoca crank, a9 cam, ported the head, spacer, and intake manifold.

All together and back in the parking lot. It's been more than three weeks since this rebuild. I feel safe in saying that it can be done fairly easily and that it is for sure worth all the effort. My hill climbing has improved like 50% over my 72cc setup and seems gas milage has dropped that much too. Totally worth it thus far. I hope to get a few thousand miles with this many smiles.
