You'll get your video! I'm all about pictures and videos otherwise it never happened. As soon as it stops raining I'll go out for a spin. It hasn't left the garage since I finished it. Rain rain and more rain. Can't wait to see the vid

Super nice build, good job man. How's the new front end feel, and stop? Does the tire rub when hard on the brakes, or is there enough room under the front cowling?

Super nice build, good job man. How's the new front end feel, and stop? Does the tire rub when hard on the brakes, or is there enough room under the front cowling? It feels so much better then the stock linked setup. It's super stiff. It will take a bit to get used to it. There is zero rubbing in the front and very slight in the rear which I'll address today. The brakes are sick. It stops instantly. But the good thing with hands off the bars it tracks straight. Guess I did something right. I'll get some better vids when I get the cvt setup better, rpms drop off when it should be steady longer. I think I need a different rear spring.

Awesome work. That thing is gorgeous. I like the new pipe. I've got to read back through this thread on the fork and brake upgrades. Makes me need a Honda. Enjoy that beast this summer

The vid that just hit YouTube I'm glad I subscribed. Sounds great I'm sympathetic with the cold. Any idea what the top wfo cruise speed is. That bike is gorgeous and sounds great. Congrats

I don't really know speed yet, I only have my temp gauge on there now. I'm going to work on putting a trail tech vapor in the stock speedo so I'll know better next week. It's a blast to ride. It's pretty quick for what it is. I need to address the rear pulley as its stock besides Minarelli green springs in it. There is a point you can here in the vids when the rpms drop in not sure if that's the ramp cut or just the pulley opening and dropping rpm. With the old pipe I could hold 10-11k until that point and then drop to 9k ish. I'll get it in time. I just need to be patient the wife is a bit upset the time I'm spending in this bike.
That last vid was actually the homemade pipe not this one.

I love this build. My brother in law has a 91 or 2 elite sr but it isn't the af16 motor. He had cancer and wants to clear stiff. 500 which I don't think is bad it is super clean but missing the battery cover. I honestly like it better than all of my other scooters and it is stone stock. I really like all the upgrades you made both cosmetic and mechanical. The wheels and brakes are in real lol congrats

I'm super happy with this build and this Honda in general. I think you would be happy with one. You could always swap a af16 in. I got the pipe at ScooterSwapShop. I got a decent percentage off of it the reason I got it. He will have more in like 6 weeks he said.

If you get the 91 or 92 elite, you can swap an af16 on there easily. All you need is the motor mount and through bolt and it bolts right up.

Question for you guys I'm working on gutting the speedo assembly for the trail tech but I need to fill it with something like epoxy to bring the level up flush with the rest of the cluster any ideas on a product.
