I'm not sure, I don't think it would be an issue but see what others think.

That's what I needed to know, but I was planning to measure anyhow. that answers that. I need to plan a spacer if I do that, I don't have the tools to cut a spacer myself so I'd have to plan this out.

So, where would be a good place for up to 5+/-mm thick aluminum? And the circle cutter I'll have to find. That's a great idea with using the hammer and such to tap out the cylinder on the gasket. I always just colored the gasket area with a lot of marker and hoped for a good enough ink transfer.

I just started searching up bws parts, found a direct bolt on lc radiator and pump, and the 128cc kit.... Fml. This is going to be a 3000 dollar scooter by the time I get to a happy place...

Does this take the same size variator as the other 100cc bikes, like aerox and bws? I figure I'll start small, might get a whole transmission kit...

You are kinda breaking a new trail with this build..I dont know if any of the BWS100 stuff fits your motor,,is it a 14mm piston pin? What is the con rod length?Piston deck height the same??The list goes on and on,,Also when using a cylinder on a longer stroke crank, the transfer durations get waaay out of specs real quick..Best thing to do is research the crap out of it,tear it down and measure everything, compare and pray something will fit!!

Here's a little on someone trying bws parts on the Rattler, but it just stops... www.modernbuddy.com/forum/topic3956.htmlI already knew about the intake problem, Damn inconvenient crossbar. And the exhaust. But he doesn't go on. Jiangway has the pmx110 listed as a compatible bike with their bws100 kits. www.jiangwayne.com/scooter/p_tags.php?t=26&p=7I guess it was a bit dumb to think that going from the road less traveled morini build to the road just as less traveled of the 110 was going to be simple. Then again, I never really do things the easy way lol. If I wanted a quick, powerful build I could've just bought a minarelli motor. I've got one offered to me, actually. But I'm not giving up on this. Besides the money tied in already, which I try not to talk about, I really enjoy this unique build. Plan right now, check out the current top end. The squish, and try to make sense of the port durations to see if there's anything I can do to get a good bit from the stock cylinder and piston. There's a few old threads around about an exact match bbk that someone not big time was making, just boring out the stock cylinders, but I think that project is long lost. Someone from Guam I think. I'm gonna scour the web some more, I'll post any findings here, just in case one of you care to check it out.

Take and post plenty of pics when you tear it down,,May be a better motor for grafting an MX top end on!

That's the thread I was telling you about it I thought it was 172 but its 132 cc that is possible and the kicker is he said the word"cheap" too build.1/3 throttle 60 mph and he is 200 lbs and does rolling wheelies I'd kill my self and that 100% a true statement
