I do believe so, I'll measure later. Edit, without measuring I can say yes since it's the same odd bolt pattern. And ncy is the only aftermarket intake I've found. You selling? If so lemme know, I'm interested.

Carb size i wouldnt worry My Typhoon 125 ran on a VM20 (which you have) The intake side of the carb is only 19mm, the inside near the slide is ridiculously tapered in small, almost the size of my index finger. It's a keihin pb. And that vm 20 was what I planned to use temporarily until further upgrades, I was waiting for an adapter to the stock intake, I was going to match the intake to it.

I was considering buying another bolt on keihin but larger, about 28mm, but I'm not sure if I could open up the intake that much anyways. First step, figure out my squish, and maybe rip the gaskets off. Need to buy me some of that spray gasket so I can become a true tuner lol

Arggg! Why!! I was supposed to be asleep an hour ago... I have read a lot of this already, I'm a sucker for informative reading, even when it didn't apply to me. But thank you for the refresher, I'm going to go back over this better when I don't need sleep or work.

Specs say a 52mm bore by 50mm stroke. I believe I read somewhere that the stroke is longer than others in it's class. That you have to make a spacer if using a bws bbk, or other 120cc bbks. But that the bolt pattern is okay. I need to find that again... Specs also said 9bhp stock. If that's true to what I've got even with the pipe and open filter, then my s9 is above 10. Can't really believe that...

Stock BWS 100 is 48mm stroke,,That HP sounds about right for it,very mild ports, small transfer ducts, crappy head design,etc...

Look what I did.... Went out to show it off some. Was running great, solid 50, just doesn't move well until 40, then it kicks up. Heard it get louder, stopped and torqued the exhaust nuts some more. Then noticed the silencer bracket weld breaking. Bought a huge hose clamp, clamped it down and tried to make it the ten miles home. The piece then fell out, so I rode 200 decibels all the way home. This one guy kept trying to get away from me, but he kept getting stuck at lights. Also, fucked up my silencer can paint. I'm rather sore about that. I guess I'll use my new welder again, make a bracket and plate to cover that. Those prima pipes are still too expensive. And it'll give me more of an excuse to put on a bbk for another model with more pipes.

One hellava pipe you got there. Use cheat metal to cover the hole and make two more points strenghten the silencer. One point should be to the engine. Vibration is crazy with these engines.

Ouch that hurts! Don't try to run a solid bead to fix that you'll windup with a big mess to fix from blowing holes through it. Try a bunch of overlapping spot welds.

I was about to ask if intense vibration was normal. This motor moves so much at idle, the silencer shakes like a mother, at lights I can't see in my mirror from it. I also want to add a rubber bushing between the motor mount and frame to help the intense vibrations I have.

I would've had to learn the hard way. I'll start on that tomorrow and check my head bolt measurements too. You think your 54mm head is too much for a 52mm piston?
