I think we're all looking for a better 100cc pipe. Niz wants to try a Leo Vince. I want to try a C30 or windjammer if I can find one. What about either of your tecnigas's? Will they fit the tgb? Either of those should be pretty torquey to go with that motor.

You'll likely need a slip fit head pipe and shock mounted(at least 2)rear mounts for a shakin' build,(remember how the MX bike pipes were?),anything rigid will just break,,As Niz says, loow rpm due to 'micro' tansfers,8500-9000rpm max maybe..

I have a spare qtre and as spare arrow. I'm going to read through brents pipe review on his 90, see if I want to spend time cutting and welding, which I'm not great at. The revs are probably similar to a jog 90. Right now I could use some lighter rollers. It never wakes up before I hit 40. Then it shoots up. Still not too quick, but I can steadily climb up hill if I'm at around 40, not so well before 40. And yeah, I'm thinking 10k max on the revs, not sure how it would act after using that spacer. Now I'll really have to wait. I suppose you're right, 190mech. I'll have to do research for that, I've no clue where to start with that. It definitely shakes like a beast, even at the smoothest idle point. I'm back to not wanting to rush much. Thinking real hard about flipping some scooters to build up the cash for a kit and pipe to match. I'm trying to take it easy on my credit cards. Not easy when they just doubled my credit limit....

Still no luck finding another exhaust. The arrow I have bolts up, if I wanted to try to use it I'd need to do some bending to keep the pipe away from the cooling fan and to an acceptable angle for mounting. I'm hesitant to change it any, I feel like if I do that it will be needed for its actual application to an Aprillia. I did get some cosmetic things for it. Like the Rattler handlebar mount and some clubman bars. Now I'm waiting for the longer brake cable and brake line, and I'm shopping for new grips and levers.. Today, after tinkering with my other scooters, I'm going to maybe take one more shot with this prima pipe. Re weld the flange, mount, and place that cracked on one of the bends. It's5mm not gonna be pretty. But it'll have to do, or break in another three places, which wouldn't surprise me...

Didn't think of the throttle cable... Need a longer one of those. That's going to be a bit tougher to find the right size of...

Sigh... I prepped and welded the pipe again. Planned to turn the flange about 2mm to give me better clearance and make the mounting point be in less of a bind. The weld turned out below acceptable, but it works, needed a bit of touch up with day light. But.... I turned the Damn flange the wrong direction 2mm! F@$#÷×$\=\€;! No way will it ever work like this. Hits the wheel, mount, that also needs welded again, is way off... I guess I'll cut it off and give it another go tomorrow. I hate using my cutting wheel with angle grinder. My old neighbors always come out and make passive snide comments on the noise. I'm so beyond frustrated about this. I may have to go take a ride. And throw that pipe into the river.

Ive done many pipe builds with only a hacksaw, use a good brand fine tooth blade(24T-32T),you'll like how easy it cuts..

I was thinking about that. I even thought to cut small wedges from the arrow pipe to bend it, then reweld it. But my welding skills are shit, so I don't want to botch it up and ruin a good pipe

I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to work about 2 12 hour shifts of overtime so that I can buy the bws100 bbk that'll put me at 128cc and a v8 pipe, similar to the ones a lot of people use on dios. Also, to save on shipping and bundle it, I'm going to try to get my cvt components. That's if the bws100 things are a fit. I'm tired of trying to find a pipe for this top end. And I really don't want to band aid this prima again just to have it break in another place. I want it to be solid, and I want options. Soon...soon I will finally get to enjoy this monster....

Is that gonna be the malossi your talking about? Actually, no, but I may try to price that. I was just going to get the Taiwanese kit from jiangwang or whatever it's called. Less than 100 bucks, I was planning to open the ports when I got it if it looked weak. But a Malossi would be ready to go, I'm about to look into that.
