My intake tends to get cold with the atomized fuel/air going through it. It literally condensates!

I wouldnt go so far and print these parts. ABC plastic is simply not made for that kind of stuff we are talking about high presure, temp changing environment with corrosive atmosphere. I mean I litterally made a spacer for a plastic cover, i would not let fuel or anything else touch it. ON A SIDE NOTE:
Here are pics of the incoming parts: And, I can finally get some of my new favorite oil, as I am in good ol' USA: I also started adapting my CHT temp sensor, gonna run with the non iridium spark plug first, but will switch need to adapt the cover. Currently trying to find out what the requirements are for catch cans so i can get one/figure out one

Ahhh, okay. I'm not one bit familiar with specialty race scooter bits. I'm excited to see this unfold!

Also just got the news, found a tire sponsor! Dunlop TT92/TT93's ! Nice! You know they can only handle up to 100km/u. I have the malossi competition TT92's on my axis. I like em but they're soft as hell and get damaged by normal road debris.

Oh I do not care about the rating really. I think you should...but thats only my opinion. How often do you go over said speed limit? I will use this scooter for 3 instances: Going around town, participating in rides and parades and going to the track I have seen these in action, they are the god damn best tires there are, almost everyone who is using them ranks them high above PMT slicks. Top speed is an issue as they heat up and disintigrate faster, HOWEVER, these TT tires want the softness for their stickiness. In the small tires you cant really have both. If it just to be boring and go straight, sure, I agree, watch it, if you go flat out for a while. But I am going to whip these things around corners.

Totally agree, i've had Stage6 (Heidenau) full slicks, PMT mediums and oldschool TT91GP which were horrable, but my Dunlop TT92GP's was miles better. Now i'll try Sava (Mitau) MC34 racing soft or super soft. High speed is no problem with 92GP's. I've ridden then on street for entire season and they don't wear as bad as you would thought.

Just attention whoring last summer: Also, ordered a Leather suit (semi leather, textile, Minimoto style) suit for the wife, so she can be safe when racing.
