Boom trucks and garage doors don’t mix. It was stuck open. It’s now shut and instead of a door it’s a wall.

There are consequences for whatever reasons. I once ripped out a 2" water hose and section of pipe with a redi-mix truck after working 16+ hour days for a couple weeks. It was embarrassing but not really my fault.
I keep my house AC set at a blistering 77°F.

One of the riding mowers had a flat tire. I pumped that up and installed a bar end mirror on the hood while I was at it. I think it’ll be nice when cutting at the edge of the road. People seem to look at the mower and head toward it and we have a long stretch to cut. It doesn’t happen often, but a couple of cars have got pretty close and this is a 50MPH road.

That old go where you look syndrome.
You need a sickle bar mower.

Next, you need to mount that under glow I painted one of my mowers like this, so don't think that's out of the question. 😁

Cool, but it needs a mouth.

Cool, but it needs a mouth. Looking at it now, I think you're right. It's long gone though. I did so many wheelies on it that I ruined the front end. Welded some stuff up and did repairs for a bit, but it turns out that mowers were never built for wheelies. Who knew?

What a cool way for it to die. The mouth should be smiling!

I was using the string trimmer, trying to beat the rain to take advantage of cloud cover for cooler work. 15 minutes in, my mother tells me that my aunt’s mobility scooter has a flat tire and needs to be flipped over. Wait… she flipped it or it needs a tire change? Don’t know. Perfect. Lemme get my grassy sweaty butt in the car, that I’d never get into this way if I could help it, and find out. Turns out there was no emergency. It just had a flat. My aunt tried to show me instructions to remove the wheel… which has a nut behind a center cap. LOL They had a tube so I brought it home and changed it and took it back and installed it. I got home and right as I park it starts pouring. 🌧️ Definitely the smallest tube I’ve ever changed.

String trimmers are useful tools but they make an unholy mess of your clothes. Blowing yourself off with compressed air occasionally while you work helps with the mess sometimes but some weeds are so full of juice it is a lost cause. Roundup seems to be the best choice with that type of weed. I also use a long extended hedge trimmer like a sickle bar mower sometimes. Damn weeds grow 6+ inches every day so it is an endless task.
I hate summer, I hate winter, I hate fall in Kansas- damn leaves

Funny that I just come off eBay ordering a couple of those for Glastonbury festival next week as we usually get the odd mobility scooter appear. Bet it will not happen this year now ordered some 🙂

Mad old day today with kids at school this morning, visiting my mum this afternoon, greasing trailer wheel bearings and partially loading trailer for Glastonbury and dumping a pile on the lawn to go in trailer when it's back home. Weather has been hovering between 68f at 07.30 am when went to work and the afternoon between 86-90f at 7.30 this evening was down to about 70-80f. To hot for me I prefer 50-60f nice to ride in or work in. To hot and damn exhausting in this heat and when I opened my mail earlier had a happy you owe us £3100.74p from the tax office. Sort that tomorrow afternoon if time see what that's about. I was told getting a pension and working still can be disadvantageous.

The taxman will never give up Milly. Looks like you will have to go back to sheep rustling.
