Dude, seriously? From the rear that thing is sexy. I'd like it flipped right side up so its wider at the top but the way the plastic is in the back I cant get it to fit right. Maybe after you start on the fairings you can make it fit. +1 on the sexy.

Are you using a brake to bend all that metal?

Are you using a brake to bend all that metal? A press brake to be exact. 20 tonne Harbour Freight press and the brake is from Swag Off Road.

This happened today.Humidity was about 70-75% Pulled the seat cover off and cut back a tonne of foam. Use to pitch you forward now it sits you back in a bucket. Can any one tell me what "null" means in the context of this?

Handle pars with extra bar for mounts. Its 1" stand off for a signs with end cap. Run all the way threw on stainless all thread. That I got 6' of for a $1 at lowes marked down from 19.90. Going to bend the bars back some to get the center line of the ends and stem more in line. Its a 3" drop from the stock bars. Also found out the front shocks are dead. When I sit on it it just drops in the front.I need to find the front struts that allow me to put the matching wheel to the rear and bigger breaks.

Thanks guys. Its a labour of love and spite. Redid the seat covering. Came out way better then version 1. Its very comfortable. Need to smooth out the shape some more before doing it all over again with the good foam. Got the bar bent by my boys at 301 Garage. Perfectly even and angled. Thats about all I could manage with the humidity no painting today.
