Still waiting om my voltage regulator and the humidity is making painting tedious because nothing will dry. 200* thermal switch for the fan that needs to be figured out. Started making the overflow tank bracket. Had to make it fit around the connecting tube of the rad halves. Not sure about the metal I got its rather soft and easy to bend. Good for contouring around the can. Plan on tapping the some small screws into the can to mount it to the bracket.

Regulator finally showed up from an address in the Seychelles. the connectors dont match but I do have the parts to make them match. Also paired a few other connectors up from the two harnesses I have. Got a cheap drill mill table its not bad for the price and should do fine with alum and acrylic for some contouring .

I don't have the harness end for this but I do have the female pins. After its wired up I'm thinking of back filling the void with some hot glue. Front end. The horns give it eyes.

base coat colours and stencil Picked up the Rockwell inverted jig saw table thing. It cuts through 1/2" alum. plate nicely. Thinking billet levers and mounts are possible.

Question, why did you swap sides for the kicker on the center stand? was the big CVT cover in the way? I dont think I could cope with it on the other side myself. Getting on the left side and all controls etc goes all the way back to horses.

CVT cover was all sorts of in the way.the mount for the stand is much further back on the 250so I had to cut out about 1.5 inches of it so it wouldn't hit the tire.then shift the tab over about 3/4 inch the spring perch is moved to the exhaust side too.
Its not ideal but it works. The side stand will still be on the trans side.

This happened as soon as I hit the shop. Mig light V2. Chunk of PVC and zip ties much better than paying $25. And supper handy. Stock cable bracket on the carb is off by about 1/4 inch. Cut it down and added some metal to clock the holes.then flap wheeled it smooth Moved the angle and now get full throw on the throttle. Left the welded nut on for a future attachment point.
