I think I need to change the flame pipe of the exhaust. The sound is awsome. I will make the ride video soon. Here is new exhaust pic:

That's one of the better looking mufflers I've seen for these. Very nice.

Well I did a little video about that sound and start up (the sound restriction is on the exhaust).
I will not remove it, but when I will do a new video, then I will temporary remove it to show the difference. That video will come soon.

Did you take the dB killer out before the ride? Sounds way louder on the ride vid than I expected from the sound clip vid.

Did you take the dB killer out before the ride? Sounds way louder on the ride vid than I expected from the sound clip vid. First I did ride with the db killer, then the short ride ti Street Moto from Motodepoo, the db-killer was remowed. There was an ATV front of the shop - I gave little bit gas and the alarm of the ATV turned on. This SENA 10C bluetooth camera & communication system has Advanced Noise Control function. This controls wery loud sounds and makes them softer. Today I installed the high air fkow filter, with extention hose, like on the picture. I use the old airbox for cylinder head pressure.

Few days ago I installed an USB port to my scoot. Reason was, to charge the Sena 10C camera, while driving, because the battery gets low about 2h. But today I found better solution. The camera unit had an car charger in the box. So I went and brought this thing and fuse holder. I used some wire, that I found home and soldered a longer wire to this thing. Then I went and installed this to my scoot, to use the cameras car charger. Tested too, if it was working. The fuse I used was 7,5A. I left the USB port too on my scoot, then I can charge my phone too.

Today I changed the lock set with gas cap, flywheel fan, installed air scoop and new rear rack. I had to cut the corners of the new fan blades about 45 degrees, because the skrews that hold the scoot where hitting the fan HARD. The old fan New fan and scoop: New Ignition lock with the cigarette lighter thingy: USB power connection under seat: The new rear rack and new gas cap:

Today I desided to glue the scoop to flywheel cover. But the weater was cold, so the glue did not try well. Solution was found soon. I too a heater, put it to the maximum and the cover-air scoop combo is trying fine now. Soon I will cover it with fiberclass and paint it too.

Hey, 90GTVert ! When I modified and installed my air-scoop, I noticed an hole covered by rubber plug on the flywheel cover. Is that hole useful for something?

Hey, 90GTVert ! When I modified and installed my air-scoop, I noticed an hole covered by rubber plug on the flywheel cover. Is that hole useful for something? It lets you see the timing mark on the flywheel and case without removing the shroud.
