I tapped into a wire that came on with the key to run the electric pump. Could that be a problem?

If you have spark I wouldn't think so. Maybe carb or airleak. Too much oil in the motor from assembly could cause hard starting.

Just a squirt in the bearings and a wet finger around the cylinder. Im going to assume an air leak. That doppler intake is SHIT.Since im using a 19mm(might be a 21)might just go with stock intake. What about reeds? I used the stock block with the cf reeds that came with cylinder. I assembled correctly just never know, i prefer to just buy a set of v3. But not an option atm. If it is the carb off it should still fire off?

I have no doubts that you'll get it running. I'm sure that it's something simple. EDIT: I specifically looked up to see if there was another page and there wasn't one. Pressed the button and here's another damn page.

What about reeds? I used the stock block with the cf reeds that came with cylinder......... I dont think your reeds are the issue, but I have a theory about using CF reeds with a stock style cage. The CF reeds can shatter slapping the stock hard plastic cage. I feel the CF reeds are better suited for the viton coated cages. [/quote]
