Have you checked your fuel delivery? Recheck vacuum lines for cracks also.

If you mean the vacuum for the vacuum petcock, its on a manual shutoff, but i plugged the manifold vacuum nipple on the carb with a fresh vacuum plug.

Can you pull the fuel line off the carb and check flow? To me it sounds like your running out of fuel. Debris in tank... I type too slow

It flows well through the fuel lines. I pull the hose from the carb and i can drain a half full tank in 3-5 minutes. I'll tear the carb down shortly and check my float needle valve. Maybe it's farked up there?

Pink, when it idles, it idles great! I am about 1/2-3/4 turn from seated. If it was seated and i couldn't get it up to idle, i'd consider an upjet. I have enough gas on my hands just from that idle jet today lol

You need air in to get fuel out... Maybe try loosening the gas cap and repeat your test. See if the results are same.

Side note, i love the hell out of this scooter... while its running! Sumbeetch gets up quick! I live at the end of a dead end street, and i've done acceleration and braking runs to the intersection. I can max 28.86mph and make a complete stop within the block. That front end gets wicked light!

Sounds like its running outa gas to me!As Ryan said, fuel flow check,,disconnect at carb, put hose in container and turn fuel on,what is happening?? i... think i found it. Float valve and seat. Looked like i forgot to clean the seat, the hole was straight plugged. Aint gonna lie, i kinda feel like a tool. If its acting like its running out of fuel, clean your float valve seat. Too late now to test it, but i'm 99% confident that was the problem. The larger the jet, the shorter the wot burst before it died. I.e. ran out of fuel in the bowl...

Never mind, tried it anyway. Ummm, is there supposed to be a spring or clip the float valve needle attaches to the float with? Could the needle be getting stuck somehow in there?

How is 90 too rich with premix at 32:1? You plug chop? 95 bogs like crazy, i roll off the throttle a bit and it suddenly gets a burst of speed. It doesn't rev even, it'll hunt when i maintain throttle position at any position. I'm going to double check through the electrical at some point soon, regap the pickup and perhaps look into the coil as well. When running higher in the throttle, what if i suddenly miss spark and it floods the cylinder to death?
