Take a pic of your cdi connections, that should help. Also pay attention to the crank taper. I know th 06 is the small taper.

Its not bad at all tsimi I just installed kit, checked squish mounted the rad,ran all the plumbing, make sure you got your flow set up right so you don't have to re bleed the system once you got it hooked up(ask me how I know that; ),I'm running a Bosch pump I got off eBay or aliexpress seems to be good ,and I would get a stage 6 or trail tech gauge cluster so you can keep an eye on all the systems, only semi hard thing was finding a Mount spot for rad so it would get a consistent flow of fresh air

What about aliexpress radiators? They have a few very nice looking ones for good prices.

I got mine from ebay, but I would bet that the seller bought them from AliExpress.

Do you have a time line when you might go down this road? It's really not that hard to do, and then your cylinder options are endless.

I know where there is a cycle shop with the remnants of a 2001 SR50, engine looked intact.

I just try to gather as much info I can for now. And decide which parts I should start to get first. This liquid conversion will happen it is just a matter of $$$ and time. I don't think I will be able to go with a hyper race build like you or spaz12 did. I just simply can't afford it. But maybe one grade lower should be sufficient to get a small Jog flying. I took a quick look at some Aerox cylinders and it is amazing how many there are. Question to all; Can you pair a Polini Evo with a Yasuni C21?

If you plan to use the scoot as a daily commuter, stay away from the hyper race stuff. They're a toy and that's about it. Athena Evo and a C21 would haul some serous ass on a jog, or anything for that matter.

If you want a budget build I had the malossi cast cylinder that got me to the mid 60's. Only opened up the exhaust port cord width and it would run 11k plus rpms. I think I saw 280 from a failed water pump and it still looked ok. Also ran the stock ignition with it. There are plenty of aluminum choices though. It all comes down to the budget (wife)

Like Ryan said you can pull some big rpm before you have to worry about a iggy. My old S6 MKII race and C16 I was rockin 11,800-12,000rpm with no problems. It's a Yamerhammer let the big dog eat!

My current red Jog with the MHR Rep and C16.07 pipe goes up till 10500-11500rpm and I run the stock stator and ignition. But those aftermarket iggys are lighter then stock right? And anything that takes away burden to the crank is good.
As far I know the MHR Rep AC puts out around 12hp the Athena Evo 16-19hp and Polini Evo 70cc something around 20-22hp with the right components. Is that correct?
