No worries. Not to scare ya but this could be a possibility with a battery with the wrong charger. Lithium and LIpo batterys have the same guts inside. The fact you are doing this in your living room, I would take caution.

Weii if that was the case, the starter would of spun when you used the screwdriver in the last video.

You do realize when you bridge the connection, you eliminate the solenoid from the picture. So its either a low battery, bad starter, the larger red wires are bad, or loose ground connection.

The solenoid has nothing to do with spark.

Well why did the solenoid use to spark when I bridge the wires. I said the solenoid isn't sparking. I didn't say I wasn't getting any spark

So I have replaced solenoid battery starter bendix and bendix bushing still can't get scooter to run bummer

Are you getting 12v @ solenoid? I second what GSX is telling you. You need to find out if your battery is capable of starting the bike. Advanced, Autozone, batteries + or maybe a hobby store. Some one will test it. Let your fingers do the walking. (businesses will normally help out a potential customer) If the battery is good I would test each connection working back from you solenoid.
