Either a bad battery or you have a short that's draining the battery.
If you have a VOM, disconnect the negative battery lead, set the VOM to 10 AMP range, then connect one lead to the battery terminal and the other to the negative lead.
That will tell you if you have a current drain.
I suspect you just have a bad battery.

Oh..then you probably just need a new solenoid. Easy easy to replace and only about $15 - $20
I didn't (and won't) click your link because it looks like it's supposed to be YouTube....but isn't

You dont have an ignition issue, you have a starter/battery issue. Get yourself a new battery and starter motor. At least a new battery. If you are charging it and its not holding the charge that should be a hint the battery is shot. I watched this vid of yours, www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZrzqWtcWRQWith all that grinding on the starter and bendix, the teeth on the starter are probably trashed or close to it. From the looks of your newer vid, someone replaced the variator fan and you now have the right belt installed.

Starter solenoid test it just made a spinning noise when I touched it with the screw driver This has to be your 5th thread right? be better if you stuck to the same thread. Take your multimeter and measure battery voltage, then measure the voltage at the starter solenoid 12v connector. If they're the same when you press the switch you can rule out everything before the solenoid and starter other than grounding. If it spins without engaging when you bridge the solenoid it probably isn't getting enough power to engage. That'd be a battery issue or grounding issue. To rule out the battery i'd take it out of the bike and charge it overnight, then connect directly to the starter with jumper cables and see if it cranks. If it's still strong after a day without being connected to the scoot you probably have a short that's draining the battery.

Well that seems to have been the general consensus here for the past month or so. My opinion, id get the kick starter fixed and start it that way till next spring. If you buy a battery now, we are heading into the winter months and how much riding do you plan to do ? Most small batteries only come with a 6 month warranty. Buy it now and if you don't ride it and keep the battery maintained(charged) over the winter months and it will be dead in spring and the warranty is gone. If you buy the battery next spring you will have all summer of riding and if you have a issue with the battery, you will have the warranty to fall back on. Just my
