Normally, when people here talk about spark its from the spark plug, not the sparks then come from the solenoid when you jumping it with a screw driver.
You have two threads going here with the same problem so you don't make it easy for others follow when you are posting between the two.
Now in this thread, your new battery and charger. The pics you posted of both..... The charger is not compatible with the new battery you have. You need the charger that I posted the pic of that's designed for a Lithium battery(SEE PAGE 6). The trickle charger you have is for a regular battery(lead/acid). The Lithium batter needs whats called a "smart charger". There is electronics inside your new batter that cuts out if the charge gets too low and cuts out if the charge is too high. Its there to protect the battery That is way I posted a vid of that type of battery(lithium)if things go bad they really go bad.
In order for you to get your "sparkes" you need all this in place......
A fully charged battery. Good wiring, the larger red wire from the battery to the solenoid. The larger red wire from the solenoid to the starter terminal. A good working starter. Good ground connections(the larger green wire).
If any of the above is bad, you will not get your "sparks" because something is missing to complete the circuit necessary to make the "sparks"
The "sparks" are caused because there is POWER(battery) and a LOAD(starter) and when you "jump" the solenoid with the screwdriver, you are making the circuit complete.(and the starter spins)

You do have to keep it in one place man. It helps everyone to see what's been tried, what has worked what hasn't and so on. The complete picture. GSX (who has the patience of a saint) understands how all these thing work together.
Something that has helped me out in mechanics and in all things is that I do my best to understand what i'm working with and how each component works together.

I have 3 battery's and I'm getting 13 volts at solenoid Volts are almost meaningless when it comes to running a starter motor...you need power...amps. 100 volts @ 1 mA will not turn that starter. If you have a weak/bad ground, you might show volts but under load the ground breaks down and you can't transfer any amps. (power) Same thing on a car. Your headlights might come on, your battery might test out to 14 volts but, you turn the key and all you hear is clicks because the power is not getting to the starter. In this case on cars, it is usually dirty/corroded battery terminals or a bad ground. As suggested, I would check your battery connections and your ground to make sure they are clean and making good contact. Bill PS What gsx600 said is exactly right about your battery and charger not being compatible. In fact, I would not be surprised if you have destroyed your battery's internal circuitry meaning it will never take a charge again, even with the correct charger. You are very lucky it did not blow up. It is worth it to try charging it with the proper charger to see if it is ok but do not be surprised if it is not.

floyd2133 I made this vid just for you. Maybe this will help you understand better than my typed explanations. PirateLabs , Bill... You didn't see this engine on my bench, it's just a dream. Cincikid , thanks for the props.

My problem started off with bad bendix. I removed bendix and found bendix bushing was wore out. I replaced bushing and bendix also the starter. Meanwhile it crank after a few pushes of the electric start. It would only stay on with throttle. After releasing throttle it would cut off. Side note bendix would keep getting stuck in fly wheel but stoped after lubricant. Valves have been adjusted to .005. I have spark I have removed lithium batt and replaced with standard has a voltage of 13.5 constantly on trickle charge Kick start only makes a slight attempt to start but never rumbles engine.
Now all I get is clicks from the solenoid. Replaced solenoid replaced starter replaced batt replaced bendix n bushing even
Hooked up batt cables from positive to positive solenoid nad negative to negative ground still click click click ughughugh

Just make sure the teeth on the old starter are in decent shape. If they are worn, it will ruin your new bendix.
